Please, help I want to get on.. Does this mean this is rock stars problem? Is one of there servers out

Well, I couldn't get on gta like I would do run as a admin then rockstar thing would pop up, I signed in. Then nothing else happened. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it is saying this "SecuLauncher: failed to start application. [2000]" Is anyone else getting this? How do I fix it

I had the same problem, But I was running on max high graphics. I set them all to low and now I play just fine.. :)

Someone said One of my moded cars is messing up my game. So i reset all my cars back and it still says the same problem. One of my modded cars made my game not work. So i reset it all i downloaded a vehicles.img and i replaced it. Theres now no cars on the street? Can someone direct me to a download that will work?
