  1. @TA120 That is not necessarily true. If a New York officer saw a crime occur, and follows the vehicle into Pennsylvania he is able to conduct the traffic stop issue a ticket, arrest etc in another jurisdiction or state... due to the crime occurring in his state. ( I personally can articulate that all day) CHP is not going to be conducting a traffic stop on you all the way up there. Either you were attempted to be stopped by a impersonator or it was a law enforcement officer in your state.
  2. That's why you never tase someone with a firearm lol
  3. The WSP skin has to be in there somewhere you are going to have to look in your files. If not you will have to re-install for it to have a vanilla copy. That's why these mods in the readme say to backup all your files. I install new modifications weekly , and I just make a backup files of my GTA V weekly as well. Less headache, and I don't have to re-install.
  4. Hello, Are you sure you did it in the mods folder? Are you sure you replaced it in the right folder i.e. x64e.rpf? Seeing that the WSP trooper skin is still coming up your wsp skin files are still in the game. GTA V has doubles of a lot of stuff.

  9. Your thread has been moved to LSPDFR Discussion. LSPDFR is a single player modification only and it is not supported in any multiplayer platform.
  10. This is my take with my experience in law enforcement... If he was off duty I would never wear any "POLICE stuff" out in the open. I personally don't open carry when off duty. I don't like anyone knowing I have a firearm. 2nd point If he is on duty the doctors office should accommodate him I have gone to the doctors plenty of times in uniform never had an issue. The first time I ever had an issue that would be the last time I visited that practice Period. People fail to realize we (law enforcement) are human beings too! We are not robots!

  12. in an agency where there is only a couple of officers I can definitely seewhat your saying how equipment is scarce!
  13. Like here in Georgia you have have metro cities that population is 26,340
  14. Well to be honest the only time I know they go to the ground is when you pull your gun then hit "E" which is very close to real life. The other time when you don't have your gun drawn the officer just goes up behind the perp and grabs his arms.
  15. Your screen shots look awesome just parked in the parking lot. I couldn't imagine if you took action shots!
  16. This is very true, but the smaller agencies always gets good equipment because of government grants!
  17. To be honest those look like carhartt jackets. It's funny how these filmmakers don't even try hard to make law enforcement look realistic. But to the average person wouldn't think nothing of it. So I guess they are doing their job!
