so i can put it in a "IF" condition to trigger a hasvisualchanged Event? cause i've already tried but the event is triggered when the red blip start to blink to disappear, and not when the X appear

looks a great idea , i suggest if possible to add the scanner audio played by dispatch together with the notification about suspect heading and position information during a pursuit. (like street names, speeding , car model and stuff like that)...
