As a car modder I've made quite a few police cars and i Have noticed something. Most (if not all) red and blue lights bars ( and CPU t the V shaped ones) are always red and the left and blue and the right. Why is this. It not just in the US my country dose the same colour style

a locked file is one the can not be imported no matter what. the only to edit it is the have the file it was created in. Also you only need the full version to export .WFT which is was GTA IV uses if you asked the maker of the car nicely I think he/she whould be happy to make a small edit like that, I know I would, but I didn't make it

Wrong. one of the really early game was in London . 'GTA London 1969' it was called see http://www.rockstargames.com/gtalondon/public/intro/index.html But I was thinking more like Japan

so your using ELS plus the LCPDFR lighting Modes, If so STOP. the Lighting modes where made for the NON-ELS lighting
