Hey changing the relevent siren under the relvent ID in the carcols. The police/LSSD stainer use the ID 13 aka 'dual light bar'. and if your trying to change siren 14 to spin I would copy from this This is taken from siren 20 from ID 13 These two treads should also help as they talk about editing the carcols file (More geared towards NON-ELS but since your doing rotators it should help)

Don't know if this would be possible as the game wasn't really built for 'pushing' vehicles. it was a bit better in IV but not by much.

So I had to re-template my Expedition that I have been working on and used it a chance to try and make a guide on how I make my "rainbow' templates. I'll let it be notted I am not the best at giving instructions and I have a strong studder but this should help somewhat.

AFAIK Zmod is the only 3d program that can export into the formats used by GTA. Unless you can figure out how Rockstart exported that files with Scaleform
