    Anyone have any idea why there are little to no vehicle models that have a Whelen Liberty lightbar?
     
    I used vehicles with that lightbar almost exclusively in GTA 4 and have been missing it.

    Let's not say weird things guys, it's just how the texture is made. Since it's red with 4 white dots in the middle, the light will mix resulting in a mild red combination. If you look at the Liberty from EVI (he uses different textures other than those by Caine) you will see they are almost magenta looking. So to fix it my suggestion, edit the emissive texture painting the red lights to a full red.
