Gorgeous change for night time patrols!

I'm not the most experienced with exactly where to edit things but is there a way to make the regular handheld flashlight shine as far as the attachments do? Gun attachments work beautifully and I am super thrilled! The handheld has the texture and brightness from this mod but only shines about 10 feet ahead. Maybe I missed a step in the instructions or is this mod not supposed to change the handhelds range? I also wish I knew how to get rid of the ugly blinding haze from the handheld when in first person Edit: I'd also just like to give thanks for the mod. A seemingly small change makes such a big difference in immersion! Edit number 2: .. scratch like all of that about the handheld. When it was said that the mphalloween file wasn't required in 0.4, I didn't realize it was actually the fix to all of my handheld issues. Handheld now also works just as beautifully!
