Well, after playing it for a good hour(uploading video now) I must say the game is quite good. While the maps may be small and the permanent internet thing might be a downer, the animations are great and the possibilites for MP are endless. The room in which my gaming PC is located has pretty shitty internet connection(with a regular wifi adapter connected). Just to test Sim City, I took off my antennae that gets me great internet and put on a small adapter and I was getting pretty terrible internet. I did not lag nor get booted out of Sim City once! Also, I did not experience any server overload issues or anything!! So while the technical sides of things might be an issue to some, the gameplay is awesome! Also, the internet thing doesnt seem to be that bad of a problem(steve, it shouldnt cause you much issues) Update: Video posted- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDEuShzUPcE

Well guys, the game is out!! http://www.simcity.com/ I personally hate how slow all the sites are now so I went to Amazon and bought it there. Downloaded origin[ugh] and installed. Took about 30 minutes for everything to be finished and playable. (when the server crashes just hit restart and it eventually installs). Will be uploading a video later tonight so if youre on the fence, I would wait to buy. If you have bad internet, do not buy this game.It has a permanent internet required thing where if your internet crashes, so does Sim City *yay*. Anyways, havent played it yet. Will post my review later today. :D

Woah there... Let me stop you there by reporting your post. No need to call anyone names at any time. Absolutely uncalled for. Both people who respectfully advised the OP to not take your advice were in no way being egotistical. They were simply saving the person from doing a hell of a lot more work than needed. A simple update to GTA should fix this OP's problems. At no point in anytime should reinstalling windows be necessary as majority of the time, reinstalling GTA and updating drivers will fix a problem. Again, I would recommend you think before posting again as I feel you are going to instigate flaming.

Your bandicam will have a rectangle on the top of it(not way top). I have not used bandicam in ages so I am not sure terms. You click on the rectangle and you have like Direct X mode and another mode or something like that. Choose the one that will not put a rectangle on your screen. The one you choose should tell you to change modes to record. DO NOT change modes. Simply set your hot keys and minimize. Launch GTA

Bandicam works fine(I was there with your same situation). Run it in the non-target mode(the one that says you must switch modes to record). Set your hotkeys Minimize Bandicam Launch GTA.

It is not yet released. I can give a brief showcase through words(video to come in coming days). Facing front of car: Go-Rhino Pushbar with two sets of two celled whelen dominators on pushbar. Full set of modified HG2 Grill Lights running along bottom part of pushbar. headlights wigwag. TraumaPak's Mirror Lights and Bxbugs whelen edge interior lightbar. Rear Facing: 8-Cell Whelen Dominator. Outer cells are red and blue primaries. Inner six are secondary amber traffic advisor. Bottom dash of rear has two AST styled interior lights and brake lights strobe. That is probably really complicated so once I am content with the model, I will either provide more screens or make a video.

Go to your vehicle.ide and find the polpat line. Add "+livery" to the end of the lin(without quotes). That should fix it :P

Hello Everyone!! After about a month of being closed, the Area51 Team has decided to come back. To keep this short, I will explain a little. We were getting lots of requests and were not finding time to do our own projects. We now have more time and kind of miss this team thing. So we decided to reopen. How This Will Work: The team will be taking Requests in TWO categories-Vehicle Textures and Models. However, Vehicle Models will be taken per SUGGESTION ONLY. Meaning, we may or may not do the car. The reason we do not take requests for vehicle models is due to the fact that we have much more to learn about zmod and want to spend time improving our skills while making models rather than making model after model to meet a deadline. Project canceled. The camaro that was linked from gta4 mods is all messed up. There is no Chassis so essentially it is a shell missing all interior stuff. I will see if I can make an interior(its HIGHLY unlikely as I am rather new to zmod) so will most likely wait for my conversion project to be completed.

I could possibly have this done tonight. However, I need to know what lights specifically you want.(Talons or what) as I watch the show but cannot find pics showing the rear of the car.

Dude, youre requesting something. Not giving a file to anyone, nor contributing to anything. So I would recommend you kind of chill out a bit before anyone who is considering doing your pack decides not to. Just my opinion.

Those errors mean you have missing textures. Make sure youre importing in PNG form. Check the tutorials section. Good luck (PS: Dont double post, against community guidelines)
