Tricksta005 5 Posted March 4, 2013 @Beckugan1 Yeah they are just skins. The models are released. The CVPI is BxBugs123's Nevada Highway Patrol K-9 Unit, and the Explorer is somewhere on the site. Its called the MSP Explorer I believe. If you want the Lightbar colors and emis lights you'd have to contact me, and I will send them to you. Quote Link to comment
