Hello i have posted multiple topics about this but got no help or very little, but everytime i install EUP and i go into the game (and yes i press F11) but it just doesn't open and i don't understand why please help me since i wanna get back into LSPDFR and without EUP it just isn't any damn fun Hope someone helps me so thanks

So do you know what else could be the problem because i litterally would not know and i am still experiencing the same problem

If you mean my mod folder its called mods

How would i check that?

I have done it multiple times, i redownloaded the mods and put it in i also deleted the eup line in dlclist.xml and put it on the new line but still no luck thanks for commenting though

Hey there if someone can help me as we all know R* has updated GTA IV and made it in the ultimate edition what means that on start up you can choose betweet GTA IV or EFLC but the problem is i can't mod anymore i also can't downgrade to 1.0.7.0 or 1.0.4.0 even if i put a trainer in it the game doesn't start up, when i put in a patch it gives a error saying 'can't find the launcher please reinstall the game or restart your pc' when i take it all out it works perfectly but i really wanna play with mods and wanna play LCPDFR can someone please please tell what the issue is and maybe make a video on it or explain me what i can do to make it work, i hope someone reads this and knows what to do. That was it for me thanks for reading

Hey ik heb die gebruikt alleen werkt het niet de blauwe lichten zijn meer wit en oranje ook het deed het altijd maar sinds ik GTA V opnieuw heb gedownload doet hij het niet heel raar snap er niks aan

Awesome finnaly you did a Dutch one have been waiting for this btw i have a question when ever i use my dutch cars with a brighter lights mod it doesn't work but i does work with the normal LSPD cars do you know why this may be ?
