The author removed the pack so they won't work the turtleneck shirts aswell

Is your game crashing because of the uniforms or because of something else. You should install packfilelimitadjuster and the right gameconfig. The second part I don't understand

These are the files I use for Ultimate Backup you can copy the parts you need out of them if you want to change the uniforms for the backup use EUP to select the uniform and then simple trainer to find out wich numbers you need to change in the files. I would not recommend to just drag and drop them because I use diffrent uniforms for hwaycop and swat. DefaultRegions.xml SpecialUnits.xml ok I´m sorry but about fivem I have no clue how this works 😅

You can either replace the current one or open it and copy it into your old wardrobe.ini
