  1. The vehicle meta you should edit is Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5. In the future, you just need to open vehicles.meta file that is with a download, then copy and paste the entries for the cars that are affected by the pack/model you're installing. For example, if you're only changing police, police2 and police3, then you only need to edit those entries in the downloaded meta file and replace your existing meta file entries with those new ones... does that make sense? Zen
  2. You only need one meta file, which has different entries inside of it for different cars in game. Add-on packs have their own internal metas which are used. Have you edited your duty_selection.xml inside of GTA V\lspdfr\data at all? Thanks, Zen
  3. No, that hash is for the vanilla police.yft/.ytd model, it's not a ped or player model
  4. If you're getting crashes, you should send your RagePluginHook log so others and myself can take a look for errors and crashes. Check to make sure your callouts and plugins are compatible with LSPDFR 0.4, preferably 0.4.4+ and as close to 0.4.7 as you can get. Your RagePluginHook log is a text file (called RagePluginHook.log), and is found in your main GTA V folder. It is not from inside of your "logs" folder. It will be near your RagePluginHook.exe. Thanks, Zen
  5. Some notable plugins are Interaction+ and plugins by BejoIjo (StopThePed, UltimateBackup etc). Out of the two, I'd personally recommend BejoIjo's set of plugins - they're frequently updated and offer a lot of functionality. To my knowledge (I don't play as much as I used to, but still do occasionally), BejoIjo's plugins are the most updated ones out there right now. You can find his website here: https://bejoijo256.wixsite.com/bejoijo Alternatively, Interaction+ is a decent choice too, though it's no longer updated as far as I know. Link: Hope this helps, Zen
  6. The log you provided shows an error: "Cannot load invalid model with hash 0x79fbb0c5" This is usually a vehicles.meta issue - something is missing or incorrect in the meta file. Restore your original GTA V one, then test your game with that.
  7. Respectfully, I disagree - he says it's a crash to desktop. If that was causing the issue, then he wouldn't be able to play for a further 15 mins after that alien callouts error was thrown. In addition, it looks like the error was handled, there's no exception or Rage/LSPDFR crash in that. @Karl97 I'd suggest removing all of your plugins from your Plugins > LSPDFR folder, and then re-adding and testing one by one. It's also worth noting that a lot of those plugins have not been updated in a while, such as LSPDFR+ and ArrestManager - please check the LSPDFR version compatibility on the download pages. There's better alternatives out there which should undoubtedly improve your overall LSPDFR experience while remaining more up to date. If that fails too, rename your mods folder to _mods. If it works from that, it means something in your mods folder is causing that error, such as a vehicle meta file. You could also try doing a reinstall of LSPDFR and then the latest Rage from their website. Regards, Zen
  8. Please keep in mind that Albo's troubleshooter is not optimised or fully compatible with LSPDFR 0.4. Go into your RagePluginHook settings (hold shift after launching Rage, or click the silver cog when the startups screen appears), go to the Plugins sections and choose to load nothing on startup. Save and launch. Once you're in game, press F4 (open the console) > type ReloadAllPlugins and let LSPDFR load. You should then be able to go on duty and play. Thanks, Zen
  9. Hi there, I'll address your points directly so it's easy to read. It should be stated that any vehicles, weapons, visual mods and other GTA V mods should always go into your mods folder. 1) Replacement vehicles, such as police, police2, police3, fbi etc. should go into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday22\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ 2) The lights likely do not work because you need ELS for some cars, which adds more lighting functionality such as additional light stages etc. You can get it here, please read the installation instructions. Don't forget to download ScriptHookV too (not ScriptHookVDotNet). Links: ScriptHookV: http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ 3) Yes, you can either replace a different vehicle slot such as fbi or fbi2. Alternatively you can install an add-on version of a car, and configure that into your backup system, either by editing the default LSPDFR backup.xml, or DefaultRegions/CustomRegions.xml if you use the UltimateBackup plugin. 4) Is that happening with all callouts? Or specific ones? It could be an issue with a specific callout pack. I'd suggest testing your plugins one by one to see if it happens when you add a specific plugin. 5) Tow trucks can be called in using external plugins. I'd strongly recommend BejoIjo's StopThePed, which adds a lot more functionality other than tow trucks. I'd also suggest looking at his other plugins too. You can find his website here, he hosts his files on there: https://bejoijo256.wixsite.com/bejoijo 6) OpenInteriors usually works by standing in the coloured circle and press a key to enter. If you can't see those, I'd suggest re-checking the download page for installation instructions and requirements - make sure you've installed it correctly (including any dependencies). If you need anything else, please let me know. Thanks, Zen
  10. It's likely one of the following (these are the most commonly edited files): Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data - handling.meta - dlclist.xml - gameconfig.xml Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5 - vehicles.meta Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data - carvariations.ymt - carcols.ymt Check to see if you've edited any of them, you can look at the attributes field in OpenIV - edited ones are not encrypted, see my screenshot for examples. My carvariations.ymt has been edited, my carcols.ymt has not. I'd suggest reverting back to your original meta files by copying them to your desktop from your base GTA V files in OpenIV, then putting them into the proper locations listed above into your mods folder. It's likely you either did not install a vehicle meta file, or you installed it incorrectly when using custom vehicles. Keep in mind that you should not just drag and drop to replace vehicle meta files. You should copy/paste and add the individual entries, as replacing the file will remove required metas entries for other cars you've installed. Hope this helps, Zen
  11. Hi, I've been meaning to bring this up before now but has always slipped my mind. The colour of my "like" buttons means that it's almost impossible to see the button unless you hover over it because of the white background. I've checked with other users and they can see it fine. I've tried different browsers, with the same result. Does anyone have any idea about what could be causing this issue for me? Thanks, Zen

  16. Hi Chaco! Welcome to the community! It's great to see a techie on our forums, well done on your bot! I've followed the same path as you, I did my Degree in Computer Systems Engineering - it was challenging but rewarding. It doesn't sound like you'll have any major issues though! Also, doggos are sweet! I have a dog called Oscar See you round, stay safe! Zen
  17. Hi Roegon! Welcome back to the community, I hope you like what you see so far! I look forward to any new releases Take care of yourself, Zen
  18. Hi there, Obviously (and rightly so), distributing the LSPDFR mod files isn't allowed. However, is there any restriction on the sharing of .ls and .bak character files (found in lspdpfr\chars)? For example, let's say a friend likes the look of your character and wants to use it, would it be permitted to send the two files to that friend so they can use the character? Just curious. Zen
  19. There's not a real way, but you're welcome! Solution (in case anyone else comes across this thread): Removed SAntivirus and McAfee antivirus.
  20. I love seeing how you've developed this plugin over time @holexion! Clearly you're putting in a lot of effort, and it's really paying off
  21. I'd suggest you remove SAntivirus first, and then McAfee. SAntivirus is a little tricky to uninstall, as it's a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program), and hooks onto Windows Registry too. This guide here should come in useful: https://geeksadvice.com/remove-segurazo-antivirus/ Edit: Another way you could remove is using MalwareBytes, and this guide: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/249582-removal-instructions-for-segurazo/ Thanks, Zen
  22. I'd recommend removing that and using a different antivirus, perhaps the built-in Windows Defender. I believe SAntivirus is Segurazo Antivirus, and it's known to conflict with some parts of Rage/LSPDFR. Please keep me updated, Zen
  23. Sorry, I'll elaborate. What brand/company? For example, Norton, McAfee and so on.
  24. Hi THEMASTERPROGG, Can I ask what antivirus you use? Zen
