Zippe mal die startup.rphs und poste sie dann hier.

Ich denke es liegt an Plugins die nicht mit LSPDFR 0.4 funktionieren. Poste aber mal zur Vorsicht deine Log.

Mach mal nen Screenshot von deinem Plugin-Ordner und von deinem GTA-Ordner

Exeptions don´t work always. That´s why he should turn it off. Noone said he should turn it off all the time. When the problem is located you still can try exceptions. Also you can move the AV back to on when finished with gaming 😉

Use the search function next time. Set GTA mouse input to RAW

Also check your plugins. There are a lot of plugins which be outdated since 0.4.

Use the search function. The troubleshooter don´t work wit 0.4 or higher. But you can post your logfile instead. Also post a topic about your problem and then wait! Half of your posts are all the same in different topics.

Disable to load plugins at startup. Start RPH and when ingame load plugins by yourself.

Also a new log after albocommon is installed properly.

Please go to Windows control panel. Below System and Security there is an option named "Review your computer status" Please click on it, in the next window open the security tab with the arrow on the right and make a screenshot.
