are the vehicles vanilla

try to set all of the graphics related to rendering to ultra for example, POST FX, DISTANCE SCALING... etc ^ this is a fix for the dissapearing textures & stuff also enable VSync

also don't post in GTA V Support this had nothing to do with GTA V this was all about LSPDFR

i don't see any problems in the log don't post the log, since you said "both with no mods" RPH can't detect the game files unless all of them are in "PLUGINS" tell us what happened when you got the first cars before the crashing started to began and tell us how did you install them and where did you put the files, what files did you have.. etc

there isn't a way to avoid it unless you install gta 5 redux which includes realistic crashes & physics or just install a mod with realistic physics and crashes otherwise i can't find a way around this

did you try to follow instructions correctly from the winrar or folder of the car pack or car

0.4 or 0.4.2 anyways it is not useless, it is used to stop the criminal from driving recklessly around or slow him down and let ur partners take him down while he is slowed down or stopped

try to uninstall ragepluginhook, and download the latest alpha version (or latest version)

did you go on duty

there are no scripts & plugins made for 0.4.2 yet and you notice that it said "Traffic Policer compatibility warning" just remove all of your plugins and you should be good i learned this the hard way,i verified if any scripts & plugins were made for the 0.4.2 LSPDFR API and there were none, so thats how i found a fix to this

what does the error say
