Well you can set a modifier key, then you don´t lose LSPDFR-Traffic stop menu. Or you set the interact to none. Also you should read the wiki. It´s all described 🙂

You need to change the xml-files of LSPDFR when you want use EUP or download files for EUP. Also use the search as this is report often 🙂

Well in my game the cops starting shooting very fast. If I call backup, they arrived and start shooting at the suspect.

Disable the traffic stop menu of LSPDFR in keys.ini or delete LSPDFR+.

Force a callout works fine with 0.41. Post your log if you have problems with it. LSPDFR idn´t have a key to force callouts. Only the radio option
