Another update!!! I wish I had tried this hours ago, but in case anyone has this and winds up here, it was these two lines in agency_eup.xml. <TextureDictionary>rde_bcso</TextureDictionary> <TextureName>rde_bcso</TextureName> I was not sure what they were are first, but I noticed how every other agency gets that popup with the image, so I changed it to "dia_police" that LSSD uses, and problem solved!!! When I was comparing the agency lines, I had ruled that one out the same way I did the other texture lines, but thought since each agency gets its unique badge icon and also I did not have the issue when I spawned in already on duty, it may have something to do with that. Tested to see if that was the line that affects it, and problem solved! I do not know what happened to that texture file, but after hours of toil and trouble I do not care if it shows the same badge as LSSD. I am putting this here in hopes if someone else has the same problem I can save them lots of time and frustration... I was about to start getting drastic and I am so glad I didn't. I would have been even more angry then that it was such a quick swap!!!

Update: It actually has nothing to do with spawning into a vehicle, it is when I choose BCSO as my agency at the police station. Oddly enough when I load up the game if I am already on duty with BCSO everything works fine.... It is only when I pick the agency myself.

I usually do not bother typing out this stuff and just google my heart out, but I have been working on this for HOURS and cannot figure it out. It is driving me CRAZY! So EVERY agency works fine and aside from LSPDFR crashing occasionally everything works. I do not use a ton of plugins, and the ones I do use are pretty common ones, like stopetheped, computer+, lspdfr+, EUP, etc. THe thing is, I have tried removing ALL of my plugins, but if I try to go on duty as a BCSO deputy and spawn a vehicle from the garage, I lose functionality like the ability to pull people over or launch the stock backup menu. At this point I can also no longer enter police stations or enter the garage {the blue entry zone is still there, just cannot interact). It is NOT a crash. I can still use most plugins, and the LSPDFR menu option is still there. The only thing is instead of go to nearest police station, apartment, etc... it shows the stats menu from the standard single player game where you can see your SP playthrough stats and how good Franklin, Michael, and Trevor are at driving, flying, etc.. I have also completely reverted all my agency, duty selection XMLs from BOTH EUP and vanilla LSPDFR and STILL no luck. I also completely reinstalled EUP. I have compared how BCSO appears side by side with all other agencies that do not have this issue, and everything looks identical. I really want to be able to play as them from time to time, and cannot figure this out! The only thing I see from the F4 log when it happens is "Instance cleaned runlights (#2). Can ANYONE help me?
