  4. Exactly what I've been looking for!!!!! Thanks for your hard work and please continue to ignore the haters and complainers.
  5. AWESOME! Police bikes are severely lacking in mod numbers. Thank you!!!!! Finally one with bright lights too.
  6. Great work!!! And your hard work on displaying this package is appreciated too! ( What ped model are you using in your YT vidz? She's amazing!)
  7. nice job!!!The wail is a tad weak but I'm not complaining!! Ive been trying for the longest to figure out what siren my cities PD uses (in the video below) and now I know!
  8. Try removing dsound.dll from the main GTAIV directory. Did the trick for me with this very same issue.
  9. GREAT work! For those complaining about the 24% and strive for realism, the way I use it is as is I ran the plates on my computer at the begininng of a traffic stop or when following a suspicious vehicle, or as if I had dispatch do it for me...just a quick tap of F5. OR if I'm using a vehicle model with ALPRS on it, then I may leave it on at times. GREAT WORK! Not too much missing now for LCPDFR.
  10. wow-looks great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...plus, thanks for all the work in even just putting together this post! I think no one should have to ask you for anything...you've covered it all.
  11. Excellent!!! Using it now! Great work! I may add the Rumbler to some of it for my NYPD play.
