Yeah I just did something based on it. Nothing here is meant to be exact like NC. If I learn in the future to develop vehicles then I would do it with my own cars made with no push bumper. I used paint.net and just made the entire car the grey color. then did layers to add the black stripe and words/logos

I'm missing the yellow circle because this is lore friendly and I used a san Andreas state police badge as the logo. And yes i think it will work with the pack you linked he probably used the same templates. You can always try to add a skin to one of the cars to ensure it works.

Welcome to my very first project ever! This is my first vehicle skin ever made so nothing is going to be perfect but I figured I would release this to anyone who loves the NJ state police as much as I do. This is still a WIP so I will be adding more details along the way so keep that in mind while viewing. This skin is 4K but if wanted i will release a 2K version in the next update of the skin. beautiful truck 10/10. only issue im having is at a medium distance the lights and axles are the only thing visible. i have to be about 10 feet away before everything in the model spawns in and the windows are indestructible. Other than those 2 things i love this truck and great job!- 49 comments

@Albo1125When I call for a plate check it says that a file is incorrect even after I followed the tutorial. Also when i call for a ped check it crashes my lspdfr every time. The only choice that works is the panic button. RagePluginHook.log- 1,196 comments
