A beautiful 2014 Dodge Charger Police Pursuit was lurking around the streets of Los Santos... Many believed this model was to never be seen. Many doubted it's existence or it's release....
If I can see correctly... It's here. And ready for the villagers.

Good lord am I tired of 2011 CVPI's with LED bars.
Thankfully, @flwpheonix masterfully created a set of 98-99 Vics with rotators to play with, and I'm absolutely in love with them! 
You can tell he put a lot of care and effort into making this pack, so I'm gonna shout him out here and give him a lil more exposure because I think he deserves it. 
 
I tend to envision Blaine County's Sheriff Dept. as a low budget agency that couldn't afford fancy graphics and would use equipment until it was completely destroyed by the desert. These cars, combined with this skin by @iansonwheels and a little weathering by yours truly  really sells that idea, in my opinion.

Here are some of the first screenshots for the upcoming back

Might make variations for all the 90s cars to replace the FBI slots. The pushbar, console, spotlights and partition are extras!

Not done yet, still have to add a few things but thats basically it.
Ignore the lights being on even when the car is off, I already updated and dont have ELS so it just turned on those extras.

So...
My setup/plan now: Sandy Shores is a sub department of the BCSO therefore the liveries and setups are generally similar. The BCSO vehicles have a Setina pushbar, and actual window bars and a lot more liveries/units and a lot more models. Currently I have a few units only some are shown here on the BCSO vic:
Bureau of Parks, Bureau of Court Services, Metro, Traffic, Grapeseed, Paleto Bay, and Regular kind of like the LASD. (Excuse the pitch black texture on the circle thing on the front of the car, I forgot the specmap)
