I am giving this a five star rating because it quite literally does what it says. "This will make any non Els Vehicle Els. This Els xml will not mess around with the extras, meaning this file WILL NOT make the extras appear then disappear." It does make Non-ELS cars work with ELS and it does not make the extras on the car disappear. Now that being said it is not perfect. It doesn't allow all the extras on the car to be used, and the lights do not splash on buildings like most ELS cars do. It also only allows third stage lights. Not second or first stage. But other than that this mods does exactly what the author said it does.
