    I used an existing ELS Carvariation and Vehicle Meta for a Prison Van 3500 that I already have in my game. I then renamed the Speedo vans you had to create new car names, and added them into the mod file you posted. None of them showed up. I also tried adding them to an existing DLC pack, and into my RDE files (which I've done with multiple vehicles prior to this.) Some vehicles just don't seem to like being added on. So I'm not sure what the issue is either. Which is too bad because I really like the look of these vans and the LS Hydro one as well. Is it possible to give them new unique names and release them as a 4 van DLC pack?

    The same reason that the logo on the car is reflective. to avoid having someone drive into it. The dots help outline the vehicle silhouette so that anyone coming up on it can see the outline of the car. Ultimately Toronto is a large service with a small budget for what it has to do. Reflective decals are much cheaper than outfitting the front of the car with a christmas tree style LED package.

    Those are not fake rivets. They are small reflective decals. Most services seem to be going with the "LAPD" Panda style of Black and whites or blue and whites these days. Red isn't a good idea for police here in North America given the traditional link to fire. (FYI interesting fact, the Metropolitan Car shown is an armed response team, as indicated by the yellow dots on the windows. )

    Better than before. I love the attention to detail on so many of the vehicles and peds. It's made the game so much more fun to just go driving around in. I've coupled it with an EMS vehicle pack and all I'm missing now is a couple more Firetrucks and LS will be epic.

    Yup.... I kept thinking there must have been a conflict with my game files, so I took out all the mods I had (it had been awhile since I'd played anyways and it was getting prone to CTD's) At least I've got a fresh game to start with again.     Glad to hear this is an RDE issue. I was wracking my brain yesterday trying to figure out why it wasn't working after I re-installed the game for the 3rd time..... Hopefully a new patch comes out soon.
