Perfect vehicle when you want to get off the pavement to patrol. The lack of side lighting does not detract from this model at all. I have to say, I really enjoy the LED setup on the push bar sporting the minimalist red/blue with the full white strobe effect. ELS compatible really puts the icing on this cake. But the cherry, oh that cherry that tops it all is the all white, full frontal takedown mode. Truly fantastic feature to have when you need to light up the forest. This is a one mean cop vehicle. No other model should be in the PRANGER slot but this vehicle. Thank you. Your hard work and effort is clearly evident. 10/10
  1. I am actually using build 877 w/ 0.47 RPH. I will see if removing ELS will fix the issue. Thanks for the advice. I might back out of RDE if it is causing this much problems for me. After upgrading to RDE all local/noose swat vehicles are the preset to be the Riot Brute armored vehicle. What is kind of interesting is that, lets say for instance I call via radio for Local SWAT. The sheriff / lspd livery Riot shows up CODE 3 and allows both AI and User to activate lights. Now if I call for Noose Swat, the same Riot vehicle in Noose livery ( I am assuming and nearly certain it is a different vehicle filename than the local riot) shows up responding CODE 2 and does not allow either AI / User to active light / siren. This is same for the NOOSE Granger and just about any emergency vehicle I did not have prior to RDE 3.0 Install. I will say, all other mods / vehicle files that I have installed manually and not through some massive install package has worked flawlessly. As I mentioned in the previous comment, I will try to remove ELS and see what happens.... but at the moment not having high hopes. Thanks for the quick responses gentlemen.
  2. This is my first post, and I want to start off by saying thank you to all who contribute to this community. I recently installed LSPDFR with my GTA-V and these forums have proven to be an invaluable resource. I have been very excited to begin modding my game with new vehicles, features, etc. Of course, like many, I have run into issues and had to troubleshoot my way out of it thanks to the help and guidance from this great community. Until now, there has not been a single problem I was not able to over come by simply pursuing the threads. Keep in mind, I am very new to altering GTA V so I am hoping this issue is an easy fix for a seasoned veteran. OK! On to the issue at hand. Today I decided to give RDE 3.0 a spin. I have had issues with trying to install it on-top of my current installation so I decided to just start with a clean GTA V installation + LSPDFR 0.3.1 to make sure the process went smoothly... And to my excitement, flawless installation. I followed up by adding VisualV, ScriptHookV, RadianceV, and ELS. Like a breeze! Loaded the game up. Everything looks great, especially the new emergency vehicles (Noose, Military, etc). HOWEVER! I quickly noticed many, if not most of these new emergency vehicles would not allow me to activate the Lights/Siren by using the "E" key. I have spent about 5 hours at this point messing around in OpenIV with Notepad++ looking at config files sure as "carvariations.meta" in all the DLCfolders to see if there was some command to edit. At this point, I am about as dead in the water as one can get and have resorted to reaching out to the community. The (emergency) vehicles so far that are experience issues with activating the lights and sirens seem to be most of the vehicles that do not populate in the command line. I am able to spawn the vehicle if I manually type in (ex. spawn nooseinsurgent). Although once I occupy the vehicle and press the "E" keybinding, I get nothing but the generic horn as if the game recognizes the vehicle as a Civilian. My Questions are: 1) How does one go about fixing the issues with Lights / Sirens on these emergency vehicles? 2) Is there someway to update the commandline settings to recognize the vehicles added by the RDE installation? I greatly appreciate any input, advice or guidance. Thank you for your time. ThinBlueNoob - FL
