Can you try holding SHIFT when starting RagePluginHook, de-select start plugins on startup, and have none start up. Then when you are in game and RPH is running, manually start EUP and LSPDFR, see if that makes any difference

The solution is moreso for updating the mods folder, as EUP uses it. But no worries. Do you have any other type of overlay installed on your system? NVIDIA, tuners, system info, etc. Sometimes these can interfere with UI elements

Yeah it should work fine then. Have you restarted windows after applying defender exceptions and such? Sometimes windows keeps the same session so it might not have changed. If you check task manager on the CPU section it should provide uptime. With windows if you shutdown and then manually start the PC again it will not have reset the session or the timer, but if you click restart it should boot into a new session. That's the only other thing I can think of.

Yeah it should be version 1.9.3 so you are probably fine there. Make sure your account also has full read/write permissions for the game folder. EUP seems to have been affected by the recent update. Can you have a look at this solution and see if it works for you?

Yes, adding on to what 7 Lincoln 300 said, the latest update seems to have reduced the amount of .ymts that are available for mods like EUP to use. For what reason Rockstar has changed this, I have no idea. But hopefully the EUP developers find a work-around or fix for it

The only way to fix it is to stop Windows flagging it or the game folder as a security issue. I'm trying to recreate the issue myself but when adding RPH and the game folder as an exception it works

Hello, The issue seems to be with loading a ped model, did you have any ped/clothing mods installed on a character and then remove the mods? Try backing up your LSPDFR chars folder somewhere and then delete it, make a new character on loading it up and see if that works

Thanks, I have a suspicion that one of the callout packs may be causing MDTPro to get stuck and crash. Can you try removing the callout packs temporarily and see if you still get the microstutters?

The only files that will have been added are whatever you moved over to the main game folder. So you can just remove those. If you go to the manual install version of LCPDFR you can see what files are included. LCPDFR should have an uninstall .exe that you can use as well. You should always make a backup before adding mods, especially deprecated mods

Thanks, When you installed EUP menu, did you make sure to also install RAGENativeUI and EUP Law & Order? There's no sign of RAGENativeUI in the log

Hello, No worries at all, there's no problem opening a thread, we will do what we can to help no matter how small the issue. There doesn't seem to be any LSPDFR crash in the log, is it definitely LSPDFR crashing? If so it could be a soft-crash

Hello, So it seems you are not the only one with this issue, and it seems worse on Windows 11. So usually what happens is when an RPH update is released, Microsoft will flag it as a virus until it is used by enough people and passes their checks, then all is fine. Usually as well an exception can just be made in Windows Security. However, this time they appear to be using more aggressive tactics, especially in Windows 11. I am looking into it now, I will let you know if I find a fix
