Hey there! This is by far the most accurate pack I've ever made and here it is!
 
The amount of time that went into this project is absolutely insane. But I think it was worth it!
The CHP is my favorite department, so I'ts pretty understandable why I had to do this.

Hey everyone! 
The pack is based off of Charleston County Sheriff's Department in South Carolina. I tried to be as accurate as possible with also keeping it uniformed and lore friendly. Included are a K9, a Target Zero,  HEAT, and Forensic Service units in addition to standard patrol. Their older graphics packages as well to give Blaine County a old style look as well.

Yet Another Partner Mod for LSPDFR extends Your game experience by :
selectable partner among policemen, partner will attack, when shots are fired, closest attacker - if he was in following mode, You can order partner to attack closest attacking/fleeing/covering Ped, if ped is fleeing he will chase him, and kill him If Ped who attacked is under arrest or is arrested partner will hold aim, but will stop shooting, until suspect arrest is done, then he will go back to car - if previously was in follow mode, You can order partner to follow You (he will get into Your vehicle when You get in, or get out, when You get out), You can order partner to halt, he will stop all actions, and wait for further orders, You can order partner to arrest closest suspect, partner will equip weapon, hold aim, and force suspect to knee, and put hands on neck, When player has been revived in hospital, partner will get last car and drive to hospital (it can take some time) - NEEDS TESTING, When Partner is dead or was accidentally despawned You can get a new one, To select a partner after going on-duty, walk close to any police officer and press select key (default NumPad0 - for rest of configurable keybindings look inside provided *.ini file), partner will follow You, and will be under Your command. Until he dies, he is in the same group as You, under Your command. When he dies go to nearest police station or any policeman on street and select him to repeat process.
Why I have written this plugin if there are others like this ? Because I wanted to do it myself, my way.
There are no plans for including into this mod any callouts, or ambient events, except partner itself. This mod is focused on partner only.

Textures for caprice (slicktop) and charger (slicktop and with lights). I only had the photo below as reference, so I improvised a bit. Also, the chargers were made WITHOUT a template, so it was tougher than usual.

A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. It's been a long time since I've shared any textures. I've been working on this small little pack for a little while cause I wasn't quite satisfied with the results and kept redoing it. Today I finally decided I was happy enough with the results to release them, though I still don't consider them perfect by any means.
 
This pack is more dear to me than my last packs, as this pack actually has some meaning behind it.
 
This small pack is in memory of our recently fallen Deputy - Deputy Heath "Gumball" Gumm. Deputy Gumm was murdered in the line of duty last month while responding to an assault-in-progress call. It's been a rough few weeks for our agency, and for the state as a whole.
 
I hope you enjoy these textures, all I ask is that you take a moment to reflect on the sacrifice made by Deputy Gumm and so many other officers already this year.

Hi ladies. So here is this pack, I thought I would go pretty unique and the mix of a Vespucci Beach PD pack and a Raydian is a perfect combination for a unique pack in my eyes. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Dewey Beach, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, and lightbar are accurate to Dewey Beach. The pack comes with 6 different vehicles, two CVPIs, one FPIU, one Tahoe, one Silverado, and one FPIS. A series of Blaine County Sheriff skins, based off Lumpkin County in Georgia.
These liveries are at 4096x4096 (double) resolutions.
 
Skins are all transparent, so the vehicle can be made any color the user chooses. Just change the vehicle color in the trainer that you use. This mini pack comes with marked liveries (with unique unit numbers) and a few unmarked variants to match.
