Don't know if you have looked at this issue since these comments. I ran into a similar issue when using the prowler radar and it creating "blips". After reading all of the historical comments here...did anyone look at the ELS vcf? The default light stage should be looked at as well. -
I would like to see a sound mod where the exhaust doesn't sound aftermarket. -

One other thing, looking at the photos you provided...are the lights on the Ferrari messed up as in the light textures are not in the right location or you have coronas for lights that should not be there? If so, that is a carcol issue. That means that a vcf file is not going to fix your problem. This commonly happens when trying to use FiveM models in single player. You need to use an addon pack for the vehicle and put the meta files in to correct the issue.

NON-ELS (B&B).xmlNON-ELS (R&B).xml Use these for non-ELS vehicles. For blue lighting use B&B, for red and blue R&B. Decide which one you are going to need and the change the name to the vehicle in question. For example SHERIFF or SASP1. Then load the game. Understand, that non-ELS vehicles will not be as customizable as true ELS models.

It looks like there is a lot of unused/mislabeled vcf files. I would recommend 2 things: -make sure you have the vcf with the correct filename of the vehicle/install the clean vcf that came with the vehicle -make sure that the vehicle in question is in fact an ELS vehicle. This may be a case of non-els. If this is the problem switch ELS controlled on all extras and activate the extras manually in-game. If these suggestions do not help. Link the vehicles/packs in question and I'll take a closer look.

I reached out on discord. Change the sirensettings to "123" for the fix. Hello, love the model. I have an issue with the siren settings. The setting you have it at is "0". The problem with this is none of the civilian vehicles are reacting to the lights and/or sirens. What do I need to change it to, or is this another issue entirely? Thank you! -

I share your opinion. I spoke with Phaxol from Interaction+ about it and he says there is nothing he can do about it. I've resorted to ignoring it until the 3rd traffic stop.
