oww so that's the reason why my ELS are bugged as f*ck. Turns out ELS is not compatible with the latest version of Scripthook V.

Linked to ISIS, Driving Under Alcohol Influence, Driving Under Narcotics Influence, any callouts, and that's it. Careless driving, reckeless driving, dangerous driving, and other non callouts penalty, are not show up on court pending.

Umm, I'm arrest a person after pursuit , and turns out, it didn't show up on court case. Btw, he's runaway while im trying grab the key, so he should get dangerous driving penalty. And it happens everytime. It's a bug or what?

I'm using Las Vegas Police Utility pack 1.0.0

This Mod quite disappointing. I install this with ELS Police Car mod, and the next thing happen is the lights are not showing up. I know that to fix it just reinstall openiv.asi and asi manager file, and do other reccomendation for fixing, it doesn't work at all. For me, this mod still bugged as f*ck, and need a lot of improvement. For me 0/10, cuz im spending whole day try to figure out how to fix this damn police light. (Sorry for rant)
