I certainly understand the sentiment here with this comment. But you really have to be patient with people. I've been using the forum for quite some time and one of the problems with forums universally, is that many enthusiasts/developers are not really skilled at writing out instructions for general user purposes. To write out installation instructions for plugins does require a skill that most don't have. There are so many things to consider when taking on teaching others how to follow someone else's thought process. It's probably the educator in me but we have many examples in this forum alone of poorly written instructions for general users to follow. That's a problem. Most people don't have a developer's mind which means that they might become easily confused with various styles of installation instructions. I've used many plugins, and many of those 'readme' files will contain nearly a full page of text only to find the 4 steps to the installation at the bottom. Or many developers tend to self-righteously assume that everyone else knows what they're talking about or what they're referring to. I can't ever assume my students know what I am talking about. Ever. I wish I had the time to go through and rewrite all the 'readme' files that I've seen since I've been here.
So, just food for thought.
