Is gresley a vehicle type? Where in the Readme does it reference that?

Kallus: I'm a little confused over what exactly I need to do to the meta file. The suv (Ford Explorer) I want to use includes a meta file but I don't know what I need to edit in it. I know I need to install it into a folder using OpenIV but not exactly sure what to do in the file. Remove certain text or lines?

What am I to look for there?

I use SmartRadio to call for backup (code 3 & code 2) on my gamepad controller. For some reason, I can call for a tow truck and EMS but cannot call for police backup. I keep getting the error: parktools/code 3_local and then a message saying something about assigned buttons or something. I never had to worry about that before. Not sure if some other plugin is interfering.

Having trouble setting up the keys and functions to the Xbox 1 controller. I have used the default but it seems that some functions are crossed assigned. Anyone have any configurations that work for them when playing the game?

Cool. Thanks a billion dude.... I've monkeyed around with mods from other games like 911 First Responder but GTAV is a totally different beast. Now my biggest hurtle if remembering all the controls for the other mods: Police Trainer, SmartRadio, Arrest Manager, etc...

That's exactly what I have been looking for. Appreciate that! No interest in the motorcycle then. I really don't want to bother with any metafiles. I just want to change the patrol vehicles - so only stick to what's listed in that list above?

Thanks for your response. Response to 2. Will 'police3' show up in the menu as an available vehicle to use? Plus how available 'police slots' are there available? Because, I want to also add a few more patrol cars (CHP).

There is a pack that I like. Specifically, it is the LSPD Pack (ELS) v4.0 by thegreathah. Problem is that some of the vehicles are the same file names. For example, the 2011 CVPI is named 'police.yft' but the 2016 FPIU also has a file called 'police.yft'. How can I use both of these vehicles to replace the default ones in LCPDFR when both are the same name? Secondly (maybe side note) In the default vehicles, can I swap the ones I don't use for one of the downloaded ones? Because I certainly don't use a military jet, nor do I use the motorcycle, and a bunch of the other vehicles.

Yeah, I added RadianceV and it brightens the lights. So, RadianceV does the trick.
