PrinsHD2 reacted to JakeyB in Is there a way to remove gunsThis is what I use because it kinda gets irritating when they all show up with Pistols and shoot people you chase after lol. As far as I know this removes weapons from AI cops and civilians so when out and about in gang areas such as grove they are either unarmed or equipped with a knife. LSPDFR with callouts as far as I am aware still allows people on traffic stops to jump out and shoot you with an Uzi but have not quite found a way to remove it.
I would suggest aswell if you are using Ultimate Backup by Bejoljo you can go in the files and manually remove the firearms from the cars. The same with LSPDFR in the data folder called Inventory. Hope this helps 🙂

PrinsHD2 reacted to Sam in Our Response to Channel 7 NewsChannel 7 News in Australia ran a story regarding LSPDFR yesterday, misrepresenting that LSPDFR and other modifications are used as a simulation for killing police officers. This has since been picked up by other media outlets, as well as the gaming press. Obviously, this simply isn't the case, and you can read our statement regarding this matter below.

PrinsHD2 reacted to Shaftoe in LSPDFR 0.4 - Epic CustomizationPolice stations?
Well, I know one really cool "station" that could use some love. Of course, I mean the FIB building in Pillbox Hill. It would be really cool if LCPDFR 0.4 will have it's outer/inner doors unlocked... Add some FIB agents inside, reactivate the elevator, place 'Go on duty' and 'Garage menu' triggers for people who love to play as feds.

PrinsHD2 reacted to Reddington in LSPDFR 0.4 - Epic CustomizationAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Units patrolling without the need for extra mods?
I can now have Los Santos County Sheriff and LSPD?
and both patrolling at the same time?
Character customization, including a custom character, without Skin Control and EUP?
SOMEONE PINCH ME!

PrinsHD2 reacted to Albo1125 in Wired UK featured British LSPDFR!Following some critical Twitter posts, I was contacted by a number of journalists who expressed an interest in the British Police Modding scene. This has now resulted in a very positive article about British LSPDFR, modding and FiveM community!

PrinsHD2 reacted to PNWParksFan in [REL] Real Police Tape ModJust doing some final testing of the release build, should be released before the end of June!
-
PrinsHD2 reacted to PNWParksFan in [REL] Real Police Tape ModYou can easily edit the tape by just editing the texture file in the DLC. I made a yellow version myself but found that it looks weird when the tape blows in the wind because it distorts the text oddly. But you can make it any color or text that you want. Perhaps I will include a couple of texture variations in the download for people to choose from.

PrinsHD2 reacted to MrMistyMoist in Can't go on dutyLooks like you have a weapon file that was not installed correctly. If you've tried adding in a weapon, or changing an existing one, that is why.

PrinsHD2 got a reaction from allofthelights in game crash after installing a few police carsThere are two possible problems.
1. One or more of the cars installed are corupted, possibly by inpropper download or mistake by the author. In this case, uninstall all cars and test one by one to see which oine causes the crash.
2. You are installing addons? Make sure you get a game config to allow addon vehicles. Too many causes it to say the game is corupt. If that comes up, don't install all mods again. Just deleted your dlclist.xml and replace it with a new one. You can of course get this from update/update.rpf/common/data.
Hope this helps.

PrinsHD2 reacted to ClassyEra in LSPDFR 0.4 - Epic CustomizationPerfectly answered! I couldn't agree more!
I would take heed towards the above statement.
To all of those who have the mindset engraved that the developers must act at the snap of a finger,
I'll be respectfully blunt.. Just imagine (theoretically)
a world with a not-so-friendly Developer/Staff. Where they decided something along the lines of -
"You know what, we really don't owe anybody anything concerning this mod. Lets just stop here
at the current build and leave it be. "
or better yet,
"Instead of free, how about we start finding ways to charge the player-base
for the services provided."
That's just some food for thought!
:D
Not for all, but for the ones who cant quite see the bigger picture yet!

What it all boils down to in my personal opinion.
When it comes to MAJOR updates....Its a
"Needs of the many vs Needs of the Few / Quality over Quanity" kinda thing.
