It currently does not work for me, lol. It did work right before R* updated game to "1868". and all the versions before that. It does not work as of this version. It will temporarily work if you uninstall and reinstall OpenIV.asi like 3-5 times, but then it breaks again in my experience/troubleshooting. Thing is, I have a fresh GtaV install, and obviously ELS as well as some ELS compatible cars as well. I do a "reloadallplugins" it fires up the police stations, etc, so then I do a "gotopd" walk into locker room, spawn into a cop car with the lights already on? lol.

That is why I replied immediately to your post, I have been there... when mods don't work, looking for a confirmation, thinking I was the one going bananas when all along the mod just wasn't compatible anymore.

I am going to confirm that ELS is absolutely broken. Instead of making 1,000 other threads. Brand new GtaV install, no mods installed except LSPDFR and ELS (and some ELS compatible police cars) at the moment, I will also do the suggested and delete OPENIV.asi and reinstall it, Ill post back Deleted OPENIV.asi in GtaV directory, Opened up OpenIV, Tools, ASI Manager, OpenIV.ASI Install, Double clicked RAGEPluginHook, that auto started R* Launcher, ELS failed to initiate. Pressing <- on the controller or [J] did not activate lights or siren. It is broken. Ctrl P usually brings up ELS Console, nothing at all.

The 8.1 .oiv file should automatically uninstall then reinstall 8.1 just fine. I just updated from 8 to 8.1 a 1/2 hour ago.

I have World of Variety 6.2.1 installed with LSPDFR 0.4.1, with no trouble, you can tell which vehcile is added from the mod via a blipped vehicles, etc.

Well, first of all, you need OpenIV or you wont see the folder, 2nd of all, the correct directory as of March 2019 is: Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday20ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ Only then can you install police vehicles. Google: OpenIV (you may have to try in a few days, because official OpenIV is in the process of moving servers via their twitter page.)
