Just open the image file, find the picture of the lights and use a simple editing tool such as Ms paint and change it yourself.

hope you realize that you're missing the hot feet, a VITAL part of LAPD's light bar. Also, non-els? why? in 2020 why? I'm sorry if this hurts peoples feelings but if your PC can't handle ELS then it's past time for an upgrade. it's 2020 people. get your stuff right. theres literaly 100's of LAPD cvpi's with wheelen. google my dude...

You realize the author of the car pack you linked has removed his pack right?

Just use the trainer and go to car settings then mod menu then put window tint to none.

Thats what I did and I had no sirens in game, so that tells me the mod is just broken. thank you for the reply though.

can you please just reupload this as a vehiclec.awc file. lots of people don't know how to manually install sirens and youtube is no help. thanks.

I mean, even if *you* don't like explorers doesn't mean nobody else does, and frankly if you don't make one someone else will and us downloaders will just take ourselves somewhere else, you'd really only be hurting yourself. I don't see any reason why there shouldnt be a 2016 explorer, 2015 explorer, 2015 taurus, 2014 charger, 2016 tahoe, 2015 tahoe, 2012 caprice and 2011 CVPI. when all of those are included, then I'll check out this pack.

Hands down one of the most best packs out there, the vehicles look life like and are thoroughly detailed from the outside to the interiors. The fact that you don't need to use any handling meta's is a big plus as I don't like modifying them so the vehicles will handle just the same as the in game vanilla vehicles. I also like the fact that the author included templates for people like me who like to try their hand at creating fresh new creative liveries for the vehicles. As for the vehicles that were included, I love the fact that A police pick up truck was included as we really don't see those in many other packs and they make good vehicles for things such as park rangers or beach patrols as a lifeguard vehicle, however at the same time I was a bit disappointed to see that this pack did not include one of the most utilized police vehicles in modern times which is the 2016 variant of the Ford Police Interceptor Utility and 2016 variant of the Chevrolet Tahoe as well as not including some of the lesser used vehicles such as the 2015 Chevrolet Caprice.

for future reference, when you do a skin pack, do it for a car pack, not a bunch of cars from all different authors. it just makes the pack look sloppy when all the cars have different light bars, ram bars etc.
