  11. Unable to obtain folder permissions. Please close all other applications before trying again. I did that but same issues. I've tried everything that I know. Please, can someone help to get this to stop and just auto fix? It says I have installation problems with Arrest Manager, Traffic Policer, PeterUcallouts, and Assorted Callouts but I updated everything.
