  6. IIRC, SparkIV is no longer in development. OpenIV's newer updates allow you to edit GTA V files: http://openiv.com/
  7. They don't mix. We have already have a dedicated section for GTA V mods: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/category/44-community-modifications-v/

  11. A. I enjoy playing it quite a lot. Although, I would wait for it to go on sale, first. You can get quite a deal at certain parts of the year. B. I wouldn't say so. GTA V is brand new, and not many mods have been made for it yet. GTA IV has thousands and thousands of possible mods to use, making it still relevant today. C. http://www.lcpdfr.com/topic/12353-list-of-mods-to-use-with-lcpdfr-with-links/ D. I have 8.1 but I haven't received any errors. E. It all depends on how many mods you have in your game. I found LCPDFR 1.1 by itself is pretty stable. Once you start adding car mods, and scripts, your game is more likely to crash. Hope this helps.

  13. I think I like the handling in V more. I found it's much easier to drive first person without feeling nauseous after an extended period of time, like I did with IV.

  19. It doesn't really matter. You can put it where you choose. Although, I believe the Noose Stockade(nstockade) may have the appropriate handling for it. I would put it there. If not, I would use this handling: 7700 0.45 95 0.0 0.0 0.15 0.0 4 0.118 1.0 150 0.35 0.55 0.2 40 1.0 1.2 13 0.09 0.47 1.5 1.0 1.0 0.2 -0.09 0.0 0.5 1.0 0.3 1.5 2.5 0.15 40000 8 8300000 2(Taken from here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/topic/4338-sgtkanyos-handling-mods/)
