I have a question , when in game and i press 7 on the numpad to spawn a police car , y does game have a "Fatal Error" and crash when i press7 again? but just before it crashes i see another police car spawn ? Is there somthing i'm missing or doing wrong ?

so to add multiple paintjobs on just a single car of my choice i would replace the "wtd" file or whatever for each paint and add + livery for each paint? if thats wrong would you mind giving me a step by step instruct? Also................ After i try to add (+livery) to the Vehicle,ide folder and try to save and close it tells me this - Cannot create the C:Program Files(x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondatavehicles.ide file. Make sure that the path and file name are correct , I press ok , then it brings me to the "save as" decision , so i leave it as "Vehicles" then i hit save and it asks if i want to replace "Vehicles,ide" . I choose yes and it tells me this -"Vehicles" This file is set to read only , Try again with a different file name .... So should i change the name ???? Ps...... I just tried to add +livery to the ends of the police , police2 and popatriot or whatever for the tahoe and a couple of them have +livery already at the end and the ones that didnt i, i added but it wouldnt let me save ? I believe it said incorrect path or somthin along those lines? This is what the lines look like for the three vehicles- police, police, car, POLICE, POLICE, VEH@STD, VEH@STD_RI1, 100, 999, 0.2526, 0.2626, 0.8, 2, 1.0 ,1, ext_requi+ext_strong+livery police2, police2, car, POLICE2, POLICE2, VEH@STD, VEH@STD_RI1, 100, 999, 0.3348, 0.3348, 0.0, 5, 1.0 ,1, truckexhaustfx+bangerexhaustfx+livery+ext_strong+ext_all polpatriot, polpatriot, car, POLPAT, POLPAT, VEH@VAN, VEH@VAN_FO1_FO1, 100, 999, 0.2786, 0.2786, 0, 4, 1.5 ,1, truckfirefx in game i hit alt p then went to the police station got into uniform but when i went to pick a patrol car it started with one in sight but i tried to scroll to veiw the next one and seems the game froze with my officer standing there with no car? any ideas?
