Second that!

First of all, thanks, Stealth, for such a fantastic add-on. It's really super high quality and adds a huge fun dimension to the game. I have a problem though. Selecting the "Question Witness" option causes the player to get stuck in place. I can rotate and shoot but that's about it. Nothing helps: Not jumping, not teleporting, not ending the callout. Any ideas? EDIT: I figured out what the problem was (is). Selecting the Question Suspect option activates a pop-up overlay, which is not displaying on my rig for some reason. I have the same issue with the Police SmartRadio and the Rage Plugin Hook console window not displaying. I can only guess it's because my game can only run DirectX 10 :/

I'm wondering, @Karlighter, and I say this as someone who rarely if ever uses the court system: Is the problem that (1) some arrests or incidents do not show in the court system, or (2) arrests and incidents even from the "vanilla" LSPDFR+ stop showing when one or more other plugins are present? If the former, then I think the most logical answer is that some other plugins simply make no provisions (or do it incorrectly) to interact with the court system. In other words, the offenses they trigger do not get passed on to the court system and/or the court system has no code to handle those offenses. If the latter, then could it be that triggering an arrest or incident not provided for by the court system causes the court system to "hang" and thereby stop processing new incidents? If that is the case, then @Albo1125 would need to add a code to the court system to reject and terminate any processes passed to it, which the court system does not implement... - assuming that code is not already present. Just my two cents...

Look through the discussion here. Quite a few people are having this problem. Does your Rage Plugin Hook console work? If not, then you have the same problem as the rest of us; if yes, then it's something different.

Join the club :( I don't know if it's something to do with DirectX 11 (which my video card apparently can't run) but I know I've tried just about everything else, including un- and reinstalling stuff, messing around with every conceivable setting, etc. to no avail.

Further to the above, I also find the "E" key cutting out sometimes. When I ask them to exit their vehicle and then press/hold "E" to arrest them, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I've not noticed it to depend on a particular callout or anything so I reckon it's random but would be good to see rectified.

I had this happen, too. What happens is that the radio asks you to configure it but, for some reason, you're not seeing the dialog box. If you press 1 or 2 a bunch of times, the radio will be configured and the game will unfreeze. However, if it is what I think it is, your radio will later on not show up. It will work and you'll be able to press it "blindly," but it won't render on the screen. I've no idea what causes it, but it affects the radio plugin and aspects of a few others, as well as the R.P.H. console.

Open the ComputerPlus.ini files in Plugins -> LSPDFR with Notepad. There's this couple of lines in there: Change the value for "E" to whatever you like and ensure the modifier key stays on None, or you can leave it on "E" and change the modifier key to e.g. "LControlKey" (no quotes) so the computer opens when you press Control+E.

In that case, unless the ArrestManager is not loaded for some reason, the only thing I can suggest is reinstalling one or both of the plugins. Sorry I can't be of more help.

A few things you can try here. Firstly, do you have the Arrest Manager plugin installed? If you're not sure, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR and check that there are (1) Arrest Manager.dll, (2) Arrest Manager.ini, and (3) an Arrest Manager folder in there. If not, download and install this plugin, also by Albo. If you do have Arrest Manager installed, go through the two config files (InVehicle.xml and OnFoot.xml) and make sure the "tow" and "coroner" appear only ONCE. It's possible you have <Name>tow</Name> twice (and the same for coroner), once enabled and once disabled. If you did all the above, then start the game through the Rage Plugin Hook as you usually do, but immediately after you doubleclick on it, hold down SHIFT and wait for the settings to appear. In the R.P.H. settings go to the second tab (Plugins) and check the Load all plugins on startup option.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\PoliceSmartRadio\ButtonSetup and there should be two files in there: InVehicle.xml and OnFoot.xml. Open them with Notepad. Make sure this text is present in both, and especially check the words in bold: <Button> <Plugin>Arrest Manager</Plugin> <Name>tow</Name> <Enabled>True</Enabled> </Button> <Button> <Plugin>Arrest Manager</Plugin> <Name>coroner</Name> <Enabled>True</Enabled> </Button> If not, copy and paste the above into each, and you're good to go.

Thanks, @r0cketjack, but neither has an effect. The game starts in full screen and DX10 even with those options checked. Even setting those flags in Steam (Game -> Properties -> Set Launch Options) has no effect. The game, for some reason, just does its own thing.

Yeah, it's Windows 10. @r0cketjack, it's not the Creators Update, because I was experiencing this before it came out. @ainesophaur, you're right: It's not a Computer+ issue. I tried rolling back Gwen.dll and Gwen.UnitTest.dll a couple of version but no luck. I guess we'll have to await R.P.H.'s next update and hope for the best.

EXACTLY the same! In addition, my PoliceSmartRadio is not showing, but I can use it "blindly." It's definitely some rendering problem. Is your R.P.H. console showing? I tried that already but no luck. As I have similar problems with a couple of other plugins as well as the R.P.H. console not showing (but being there and working), I reckon it's a rendering or mobile graphics card thing...

I have the same issue with Computer+ and the Rage Plugin Hook's console, too. (Out of interest, can you bring up the console with F4 or whatever you changed it to?) I think the issue has to do with DirectX and/or the fact I'm using a mobile graphics card, but days after searching all over the Internet, I still don't have a clue what it really is or how to fix it... :(

I did install the latest version, to no avail. I strongly suspect this is something to do with playing on a laptop and having a mobile graphics card, but I just can't figure it out :( Huge pity, as I'd love to be able to use your plugin...

I know it's a different plugin. My point was that, because the P.L.D. flickers while I hold the assigned Computer+ key pressed, it means that key IS recognized to suppose to do something. That doesn't happen with other, unassigned keys. My guess is that the Computer+ as well as the Notepad are, for some reason, not being rendered. I wonder if anyone else experienced something similar...

Hey guys, quick (I hope) question. I installed my radio but it's not showing. When I activate it by pressing C, it doesn't appear but it DOES work. For instance, if I press C and then Z, I get a license plate check. What do you reckon I'm missing?
