Stop guy ! don't do a mistake i got the best commandline that exist for GTA IV , creat a new file in your GTA IV directory , call it commandline.txt and copy this into the file : -nomemrestrict -availablevidmem 2.0 -norestrictions -percentvidmem 100

commandline.txt I'm not sure but I think that it's coming from the cars that you add to your game , if you add a lot of cars it will fuck up your textures , it happened to me 2 days ago and I re installed the game and now it's good ( but I don't added a lot of cars just police police2 ambulance and firetruck )

Are you using something for taxi bug fixing ? Like Traffic Spawn ? creat a text file and enter this : -availablevidmem 2.0 -percentvidmem "100" -novblank -norestrictions -noprecacache

Why do you press ALT + T ?? It's for activating the searching lights but why do you need it ?

I don't know if it's a good thing to download games,cause there will be more chances that it doesn't work And now it's isn't expensive , so you can buy it

Place the text file in your GTA IV directory ( Programme Files > Rockstar Games > GTA IV )

You can teleport yourself directly into the bank by using any version of Simple Native Trainer , but the doors will be closed and you need to teleport a second time if you want to get out . Hope that helped you :)
