La plus part du temps , ça viens de vehicles.img , il est trop chargé de voitures modifié ( j'ai eu le même ennui ) , seul conseil , re-install ton jeu et met moins de voitures ..

De rien , j'ai eu le même problème il y a quelques mois , et j'ai juste fait ce que le read me disait et maintenant c'est OK :)

Quand tu dit le ceinturon , tu pense à une sorte de " culotte transparente " pas vrai ?! Bah enfait y faut que tu changes des lignes dans peds.ide , tu auras les expliquations dans le Read-Me de "New Cops for GTA4" dans la zone de téléchargement . Si ce n'est pas ça , dit le moi je ferait en sorte de t'aider .. :)

ELS is ELS as you know , and ELS-H is Halogen ... I don't know how to descript you , but there is some cars that you can try in game ..

I know that I can change it , and I am trying right now .

Break , the first is too old , the second car is great but I don't want that lightbar , the third isn't ELS - H :)
