Here's a pack I started a while ago. It was supposed to be a megapack, but because I don't have time to even wipe my nose, i decided to share it now and update it later on with new things. I've managed to put quite a number of cars with a lot of variations in this first version for you to enjoy. For the next update there will hopefully be bike, HOT and BAT vans, SWAT and more... Please be advised that although I was trying to replicate HPD as closely as possible, everything I made is adjusted to my liking and hopefully you will like and enjoy the skins as well. The ghost units are tested on my graphics settings and mods(Net-Gen Shader), so the bright/darkness of those skins may vary on your pc. 
Please do not rip-off and re-upload these textures.

Information:
So I'm back today with a pack loosely based off the San Francisco Sheriff Office in California. Someone in my discord suggested this as my next pack and I fell in love with the livery design. So here it is, a variety of sedans and SUVs for all you county-crime-fighting needs!

Hey guys! Here is another SC based release. This time this pack is based off of Rock Hill Police Department. Their design is very unique and The look suits Los Santos very well in my opinion.

This is a 90's inspired Blaine County Sheriff's Office mini-pack. Offering two vehicles, a 1996 Ford Crown Victoria and a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria.
In the original vehicle download, there is a Caprice included but this will not feature. A lot of effort went into making this, that star was a pain in the arse (trust me).

This pack is based off Montville Township PD in Medina County, OH. Each vehicle pack of skins contains 2 different skins, based off the actual vehicles. The differences are the numbers on the side of the vehicle.

San Andreas Highway Patrol

I had been asked a few times over the last several months about doing a FHP based pack. Well, I finally buckled down and put one together. It has a couple stealth skins, for the 2016 Charger and 2015 Tahoe. As usual this pack may be updated with more models and/or skins once those models are out and whether or not they are worth putting the skins on. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins for the corresponding vehicle then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. Let me know if I missed anything.

Remember everyone, I base my skin packs off of base model templates NOT for any one specific vehicle pack. Because the templates don't really change, skins can be applied to basically any pack of your choice so long as the base models used are the same as the ones I have used. I do try to use the most common base models so they should cover the bulk of the vehicle packs available.

Hey everyone! This release is a little smaller than usual and it is also more simple. It is based off of Beaufort County Sheriff's vehicles. I tried to be as authentic as possible even adding the older CVPI livery. It is a very simple design that is surely unique. I hope everyone enjoys it!

Now technically a couple are not 100% true to life but I liked it and so I went with it, besides, its lore friendly so really can't complain about authentic. I created my FHP forum post almost two years ago, I was very hesitant to release anything as I was in fear of a less than pleasant response to the models provided. I've put a lot of work into the accuracy to detail for these cars, they're about as accurate as I could possibly make them for a video game. After two years, I think a few of these are ready for release. If I receive a positive response then hey, maybe i'll throw out some Tahoes and CVPI's! Hopefully this pack may encourage a few of you to actually update ragehook and make your game playable again. Yes, I know. It's dreadful.
 
There are four dodge chargers included in this pack, they're more modern than they are older as most of them are 2016+.
 
I do have plans to add the newer all blue Code3 Pursuit Chargers as well as the older chargers with the previous gen. Javelin Lightbars. I don't have a timeline for when those will be added.

This looks weird, Right, A Code 3 Excalibur on a Utility & LED, Well Harrison Township in Allegheney County Pa, They have this setup. The only thing that's not accurate is the rear lights on the utility. They do not have lights in the back window of the utility.
 
Anyways The pack includes a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria(Which may be retired IRL) & a 2013- 2015 Utility. There is only one skin on each vehicle since their whole fleet is Utilites & couldnt find out a lot about this department. Here's a vid of the one of the cars

Hey everyone! Based off of Georgetown County in South Carolina, this department looks similar to Ohio Depts. but with some twists. 
So, when this pack was first released I didn't have the best reference pictures and I still had a lot to learn. There were plenty of inaccuracies. But don't fret! I have completely redone it. The badge has been made from scratch and is %100 accurate to theirs, the rear of the vehicles have been completely redone, and many other changes as well. I removed some textures since the Dept. didn't use them but I added even more. 
Included are standard patrol, bloodhounds, prisoner transport, marine patrol, beach patrol, animal control, and K9.
 
If you would like to see any vehicles added or request a department please let me know.
