This is a San Andreas state police pack done in 4K and based off of New Mexico State Police. I called it DPS 'cause I also put in for you the Motor Transportation Division (i was in a good mood) and Mounted Patrol (not really part of DPS, but....). I've made a bunch of different versions, as much as I had the patience for in this first batch. Please be advised that although I was trying to replicate NMSP as closely as possible, everything I made is adjusted to my liking and hopefully you will like and enjoy the skins as well. Please do not rip-off and re-upload these textures. Details:
This is a custom visualsettings.dat file primarily for emergency vehicles. It comes with two versions; one for vanilla graphics and one for modded graphics. Please note this is an extremely bright modification compared to other mods. This mod is not for the easily blinded. Use only if you enjoy very bright visuals like myself. This mod does require that your Shaders and Post FX must be on high or above. The settings used in the screenshot and video are Shaders on high and Post FX on ultra. Anyways hope you guys enjoy it, please leave feedback if necessary. Thanks!

These Los Santos County Sheriff's Department vehicle textures are based off of the Clackamas County Sheriff's Department in Oregon (CCSD).   I tried to keep the textures legit as possible while also making a few changes for personal taste. 
The '13 FPIU comes with a Patrol (normal) version and a K9 version.  As far as I know the CCSD doesn't use the '13 FPIU for their K9 vehicles but it's a video game so I decided to add them.  They use the '15 Tahoe which I will hopefully be adding at some point.
Other vehicles that will be added in the future are the '11 CVPI, '16 FPIS, '13 Tahoe and possibly the '16 FPIU.
