Do you think you could update this for GTA IV Complete Edition? I've got to take the d3d9.dll out, or it crashes on startup, but when I do take it out, I get a black screen in-game, although I can see the hud.

If you put custom license plates on the template, then you'll want it to be a bigger size, or the license plates will be terrible quality. But you're right, it is optional.- 6 comments

All you have to do is make a 4000x4000 template on Paint.net, then make the background transparent. Re-name it to the sign in the .ytd, then boom. Transparent.

I notice you use NVR... Have you had the plastic on the car turn chrome? Just wondering if you might have this problem too.

I don't know how to fix this, yes, I've read other Forums, yes, I have Naturalvision, no, I still have no solution to fix this. Anyone have any ideas? Would be greatly appreciated. The only vehicle slots it's happened to me with is Police, and Police2. It changes back and forth from chrome and its regular color in certain weather, and certain day times, then eventually it just turns chrome, and it won't change.

Thank you, I was able to mess around and find out, I was going to make the MH-65 Dolphin have no roll or pitch stability (to make it a bit more realistic) in the handling.meta, but eventually found out that it was a mistake, and had to change it back. If you're wondering why, the AI pilot will crash the helicopter without pitch, or roll stability. 😛

Is there any way to access the vehicles manually. I'm not getting any new dlc.rpf folders for your mod in my OpenIV.

I might have found a bug, idk. For some reason the car's "secondary" colors keep turning chrome randomly. I've tried to fix it in the trainer, but I have no idea. Great mod btw 10/10 other than that little thing.- 13 comments

Hey I've been into making GSP skins for my cars a long time now, and I just wanted to let you know that the best font to use (or the closest one to GSP's font) is Agency FB. Make sure it is all capitals, and in BOLD.
