This mod brings all GTA IV original emergency vehicles but this time working with ELS!

- This mod uses vanilla handling.dat and vehicles.ide files (I included them in case you don't have backup of those files)
 
- POLICE3 and POLICEB works only on EFLC (unless you change the name and replace them as other cars)
  You can also Use the mod "More Vehicles" By Custo to install them.
 
- It is important that you install the ELS.ini files correctly for each vehicle, otherwise the lighting may not work properly
 
- Make sure to backup your files. (If for some reason your game breaks then thats not my problem)

I have not tested this ENB on any other patches other than patch 1.0.7.0, so good luck if you test it on anything else.
 
This is just a small ENB I've been working on for 2 days that started off as mixing two ENB's together and then editing some presets. I highly doubt I'll be making consistent uploads on LCPDFR as this is my first file ever on here, but who knows. 

For a better experience in the game, I recommend using the following pack of vehicles:

Nothing special, I took the textures from the LCPD ped model and used it to make a radio that looks more like what they have.

You're in luck because today I'm releasing a Glock with a working flashlight that has been converted and mapped by me. This is a beta version of the Glock which means it's still being figured out by me.

Old Gruppe6 ped has baggy pants which I don't like and no bulletproof vest, I just combinate LCPD ped with Gruppe 6 ped textures with few updates (gray handcuffs and bulletproof vest texture)  

I made timecyc file more colorful and realistic than original and without ENB - better sky, and warm night like summer  :)  
Works great for low pc!!!
