I saw Chip.'s ELS FBI Buffalo and wanted to make something similar, so now we have Vanilla ELS Pack.

What's New in Version 1.1.0
Released
NOTE: For the first few days of 1.1 being released, nothing changed because I forgot to switch out the cars, this is fixed now.
Changes in 1.1:
- Chip.'s Buffalo still has its own readme and els settings, but they have been placed in their respective categories for convenience
- Changed out the Federal Signal Vector for the Federal Signal Valor (since I can't DROT)
- Made a new els file for police 1 and 2 titled "police12," and it has its own special patterns for each siren tone
(to turn off forced patterns for light stages, find ForcePatForLstg and turn it off (there are 3, one for each light category)/ to turn
off forced patterns for siren tones, find ForcedPatForSrnTones and set to off)
- Added a _SLOTCONTROL.ini (also for convenience)
