In line with Donnit's Emergency Services Area Liveries mod, which makes LibertyCityPlates compatible with a new scratch-built edition of the Area Liveries Mod, I thought it might be a good idea that, alongside my retro LCPD liveries for the vehicle, there should also be a 1990s Port Authority Police Department livery for ThatOneHick's Premier Classic. Thus, based on real-world PAPD Chevrolet Caprices of that era, here are four lore-friendly liveries for the Port Authority of the City of Liberty Police Department.

Why four? Well, I thought that given the real-life PAPD operates across two states (New York and New Jersey) and runs vehicles in each state with respective state plates, Liberty and Alderney State plates needed to be included: with thanks to LibertyCityPlates creator Ash735 sending me their textures to use. Not only that, you get two variants of vehicle markings: one featuring just the PAPD crest on the door, and another featuring both the crest and large 'POLICE' lettering.

I am considering further updates for Port Authority police cars, which might be incorporated into a future update of this download, but for now, enjoy this small upload born from a small idea.

Been a fair minute, hasn't it? Well, bare with me, I'm pretty rusty at LCPDFR descriptions, but this livery pack has been a long time coming. If you've ever been slightly disappointed by the variety of lore-friendly retro LCPD liveries for vanilla cars (i.e. wrong colours, wrong orientation and livery placement) or just want to ride around/be chased by something old-school, then I have the pack for you: the Retro LCPD Liveries Pack!

Inspired by the recent work in GTA V by MonkeyPolice188, these are a set of retro Liberty City Police Department liveries for @Ekalb 's Enhanced Vapid Police Cruiser and @ThatOneHick's Declasse Premier Police Cruiser. Uniquely, for each vehicle, you get two variants of design and colour to pick: two each in GTA Liberty City Stories-style black and white, and two each in traditional NYPD-style 'Grabber Blue' and white. For me personally, the former represents a canon 'Vanilla Look' from GTA Liberty City Stories, but the others are also available for those who prefer the traditional NYPD/GTA III beta livery.

I am looking at doing further reworks of my older files to a more modern standard, as looking back, a lot of them are either bare-bones, sometimes using the wrong fonts, or are just overall pretty bad. Next in line will be a rework for the Marbelle and the Rancher, and there may also be State Police variants of the above vehicles, not to mention other texture mod reworks such as old fire trucks and ambulances. If you are also interested in additional trunk/unit numbers for the included liveries, feel free to get in touch; I have stuck with one number each for the 'Vanilla Look', but if there's enough interest, I'll put some out in a future update.

For further immersion to complete the 'Vanilla Look', I would recommend downloading @Chip. 's 'GTA3 siren for GTA4'.

Finally! Somebody let the beta cops out of the precinct basement and they're hungry for crooks!

This mod restores the cut pre-release m_y_cop model in full. The only alteration to it is higher texture resolution from the vanilla PC version of the game for several diffuse and normal textures, as far as the clothes are concerned. The rest remain as they are.

Ausgerechnet das Saarland, ein Bundesland, dass umgerechnet ca. 308.153.477 Ford Explorers groß ist, führt einen Streifenwagen ein, der ca. 0,00000000324513619 Saarlands groß ist. Mit der Anschaffung dieses gigantomanen Gefährts hat Greta Thunberg nunmehr ein Einreiseverbot im Saarland erhalten, und Anke Rehlinger kann demnächst mit einer gigantischen Superyacht von der Saar in den Suezkanal skippern, und sich dort querlegen wie die Evergreen es einst tat. Selbst Jeff B. würde vor Neid erblassen vor diesem unbändigbaren Trieb nach Grandeur und schierer Imposanz. Im Saarland gilt, wie in Texas, "think big or go home", bzw. wie Annegret-Kramp-Karrenbauer (kurz AKK außer Kontrolle) einst zum Besten gab: "Donde mi de Broblem".

What this script does is it allows AI Police to change there siren using 'Air Horn, Yelp, Phazer, Wail'

Just to let everyone know this is still a work in progress pack so more liveries for other cars, countries and agencies will be added later on
 
I saw there was a lack of European content for the lore community, so i decided to do nothing about it for a while. But after some time i had an idea to make law enforcement liveries from all countries in Europe. And this is exactly what this livery pack is. I won't do a list over what i made here, so i attached a list with countries and what agencies i made from those countries. And like i said, there will be more. So for those countries i have only made a livery for the Benefactor Imperial, don't worry because there will be more.
 
Maybe not all liveries are perfect but i tried my best at making those, but if you have any suggestions or suggestions for improvements just let me know in the comments

This mod alters the episodic FIB ped (m_y_ciadlc_02) with some additional texture variants and meshes like jeans, badges and some belt accessories. It also normalizes them so you don't get different colored text per jacket/body armor variant.

If you ask someone what the golden era of police cars was, they'll probably answer the 90s with the Vapid Stanier, but before than, Declasse had the market grabbed all for itself with the Impaler LX, a car the size of a small room and the aerodynamics of a brick. But the problem began in 1993 when Vapid presented their Stanier, the begging of a legend in law enforcement, and Declasse didn't want to stay behind so they came up with the fourth generation of the Impaler, more aerodynamic, bigger even and another iconic police car in the ranks of the LSPD, specially amongst CRASH officers. In any case, these two lasted way more than they should've but in some places they are still kicking
 
This is a pack consisting on police versions of the Impaler LX and the Impaler SZ from the latest update. In principle they were gonna be standalone packs but since there was no point on being separated I put them together in a somewhat big pack. This is meant to replace my old <a href="https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/declasse-brigham-police-cruiser-minipack-addon">Brigham pack</a> since that model is now redundant with the introduction of the Impaler LX. I might even delete it. Anyway I hope you love this pack as much as I loved making it

This mod will modify the weapon sounds of IV, TLAD & TBOGT with the weapon sounds of Insurgency: Sandstorm.
This is not a simple mod that just mutes every sound except gun shot ones.
I carefully edited the sounds to match with IV original sounds duration, replacing tails, SHOT2 sounds, foley, and more for the user to have a good experience in gunfights.

GTA IV's LCPD Officers, while relatively well-designed with plenty of attention to detail, have been in need of an update for a while now, and have been desparately needing fixes ever since day one. All seems well at first glance, but look closer and you'll notice texture issues like mirrored patches on the leather jacket and mapping issues on the raincoat. Browse pedVariations.dat and discover entires for a third head that isn't there, only to check the .wtd and find the textures for it! The overweight cops were not exempt from their own share of issues- The short-sleeve uniform features low-quality badges that aren't the same type as those worn by fit officers, the jacket dosen't even have a badge and the patches are mirrored on every texture and uniform. I decided that I should make an effort to remedy these things and add some new features.
 
Welcome to the Enhanced LCPD Officers mod for Grand Theft Auto IV! This mod brings a significant overhaul to M_Y_COP. This pack aims to bring the LCPD up to a higher standard, both in terms of variety, quality and their equipment. While Rockstar did a perfectly serviceable job when IV was released, the Vanilla M_Y_COP had a few issues that needed to be addressed. This mod is entirely Vanilla and lore-friendly, and brings both visual and gameplay improvements to the Liberty City Police for a much more varied and dynamic IV experience. Police will now wear sunglasses on patrol and have access to new uniforms such as body armor, tactical pants and stylish variations of existing outfits, along with variety of new hats and other headgear as well! Officers on the streets are now a lot tougher as well, with overall improved health for resistance to damage.
 
This has been an ongoing project of mine for a while now, and I am very happy to finally present the V1 release.
 
This pack features:
 
-Brand-new uniforms- New uniforms, including body armor and tactical pants.
-Uniform variations- Enhanced beta LCPD jacket in gray, along with blue shirt variants of the long-sleeve shirt, including one for the jacket (available in separate .wtd).
-New Pedprops- Mirror textures for the Aviators, new Wayfarer and sport shades glasses, and new headgear including a ball cap, Ushanka, tac helmet, bike helmet and full-face respirator! The correct beta texture for the police cap is included as well.
-Added face textures- Three new face textures for each head, allowing for even more spawning variety, with a total of nine new face textures!
-Restored White Cop Head- Restored the missing White cop head!
-Fixed M_M_FATCOP textures- Correct badges have been added and the shoulder patches are no longer mirrored!
-Custom pedvariations.dat- Custom entries for more uniform variety!
-Custom pedpersonality.dat- Increases health of Officers for greater resilience from injuries!
-Custom peds.ide entry- Makes it so that White officers do not refer to themselves as State Troopers.

BUGS/GLITCHES:
 
-The tactical pants do not work with the short/long-sleeve shirts or the raincoat, with the meshes not quite fitting together. I have disabled the pants for this reason. More details are in the pedVariations ReadMe.

Two helicopter pilot peds for Liberty City Police Department and Alderney State Police. It only contains the peds themselves and no script mods to make them be used in helicopters or the like. Their use is up to you.

Textures are fairly low resolution and the helmet is oversized (comes from NHeliPilot), but they're meant to be seen from afar primarily, anyway.

Welcome to the (first) Van Insanity Livery Pack! This pack features new, (weird) high-quality (unhinged) liveries for each of GTA IV's three original livery-support vans! I've been sitting on some of these liveries for a few months now, and I figured it was high time I released them! I'm planning on doing more packs in the future as well, hence this being number one.
 
The liveries are mostly interchangable between models, especially the Pony and Burrito, but the Speedo's rear door design would clash with the liveries from the Pony and Burrito, so I don't reccomend using those liveries on the Speedo.

-Satriale's Pork Store livery for Burrito: Situated between a deli and a hardware store on Acter's Moog Street, this Italian cafe and butchery is a icon of Alderney cuisine and a must-try destination for anyone seeking quality food and friendly staff. Truly one of the more convincing legitimate business fronts!
 
-Sprunk livery for Burrito: Sprunk's Alderney plant shut down years ago, but some of the last Burritos from their fleet can still be spotted trundeling around town. If you happen to find yourself behind the wheel, don't drink anything you find in the back- that crap was bottled just after Love Fist broke up.
 
-eCola livery for Pony: Unlike Sprunk, eCola's fleet is still presentable and up-to-date. Liveried in the new "share an eCola with" theme, the message of friendship spread by these vans will prompt you to phone up that nutjob you met while you were visiting Tony Prince's clubs last summer, because hey, it's not like you've got anything better to do.
 
-Aperture Science livery for Speedo: Hailing from the pothole-ridden streets of Upper Michigan come the vans of Aperture Science Incorporated! However, the LCPD is suspicious of their presence and the intentions of company drivers- Traffic stops have already resulted in seizures of highly illegal components and chemicals used for nefarious purposes.

Welcome to the Improved Emergency Liveries Pack! This pack features complete livery and color overhauls for the Ambulance, Fire Truck and Police Maverick in order to modernize and brighten their appearances, bringing these often-overlooked vehicles up to 2008-period accuracy while remaining lore-friendly! I was motivated to make these textures after, well, I grew tired of the dated and somewhat bland Vanilla designs. The Vanilla Ambulance livery is a '90s period piece, seemingly belonging to a lore equivalent of the NYC EMS, which, in reality, was merged with the FDNY in 1998. The Fire Truck falls into a similar trap as well, with '90s-vintage color distribution and, curiously, nowhere on the truck does the word "FIRE" or "FIRE DEPARTMENT" appear, with the exception of the patch- despite "FIRE" text going unused on the actual texture. The Police Maverick's livery is essentially the same as the police cars, down to the "LCPD" text on the side. While this design isn't that bad, it is inaccurate to reality and looks a bit boring- trust me, with my mods, you'll see the difference!
 
This pack features:
 
-New CarCols entries: New colors for all three vehicles- a brighter shade of red for the Fire Truck and Ambulance, and an impressive blue paintjob for the Police Maverick!

-Ambulance livery overhaul: FDLC markings for the Ambulance, along with new "FIRE DEPARTMENT" text, along with the Star of Life actually used by the FDNY! This livery is compatible with any Ambulance mod that uses Vanilla mapping, such as Thundersmacker's Vapid Steed Ambulance. The livery has been included in .dds format for individual replacement.

-Fire Truck livery overhaul: New "FIRE" markings along the side, as well as a tasteful remembrance decal. The "69" number has been changed to be black-and-white. Several smaller details have been added to the truck's rear and control panels, inspired by markings seen on actual FDNY trucks.

-Police Maverick livery overhaul: A cleaner, higher-quality livery, with "POLICE" text becoming more prominent.

-Vanilla style: Blends seamlessly into the game world, and looks like it's been there since launch day!

-Handling improvements for Ambulance and Fire Truck: Improved durability for the rigors of rescue!

Note: This is not supposed to be a 1:1 faithful recreation of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department,
some creative liberties have been taken to ensure that it qualifies as a lore friendly pack that echoes some of Rockstar Games design choices regarding law enforcement agencies.

Simple script mod that replaces the toll booth cop peds with traffic cops, instead of whatever's loaded into memory at the time thru pedgrps.
 
Only tested on patch 1080 so let me know how it works in the other versions if you're trying.
