I was going to work on a Pittsburgh Police livery for Officer Goetz's St. Joseph County Indiana Impala [found here] until I saw Take Two Interactive's 'attack' on OpenIV and pretty much the modding community as a whole for the GTA franchise. So, in frustration and angst, I instead created a livery specially for Take Two...it's my middle finger to them. 
 
On the other side of the coin, I will be getting to the Pittsburgh Police livery for this Impala in the near future.
 
 

This is a New Orleans inspired LSPD texture pack which covers several vehicles including the CVPI, 13 FPIU and the FPIS. These textures are all created from scratch with hand-crafted decals in high quality. The first version currently has 3 vehicles however I do plan on adding liveries for more in future updates. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions then please leave a comment below.
 
NOTES
- Multiple livery support included.
- Textures are created in high resolution.
 
INSTALLATION
- Relevant vehicle models must be installed first prior to installing these textures.
- OpenIV software is required to install these textures.
- It is recommended that you use a mods folder in order to keep the original game files. OpenIV will allow you to do this.

This skin is loosely based off the New Hampshire State Police "Ghost Cars" that are on the roads. You may not reupload these skins, edited or unedited,  to this or any other site. Please leave comments with any issues or vehicle suggestions.  Please leave a review with how you think I did. I like feedback and being new, I need it to better my skills and reputation.  
 
Just a couple of the many examples this will work with...
 

Fictional 4k San Andreas State Trooper texture for police4. Kept it clean and relatively simple as most states do. 
 
Texture was created on this vehicle, it should work for most of gumps and similar chargers as well.

Happy to bring you Los Santos Police skins based off Beaverton PD, as this is one of my favorite designs I've seen. Each template comes with 4 skins: 3 patrol variants and 1 sergeant variant. I have put some minor personal touches/changes here and there, so please don't judge too harshly for complete accuracy compared to the real life counterpart because it's not intended to be an exact replica. If you have a request for the skin to be fitted to a particular template leave it in the comments.

Hello LSPDFR Community, I am happy to tell you that my BCSO pack is now complete and published on various Modding Communities!
The BCSO pack is based off a country down in South Texas named Washington County.  I am currently out for the summer and finally got all my stuff pack in order with
 my GTAV, this should fix some of my productivity Issues within the LSPDFR Community.
 
 I am also Changing my logo "TEXAS MADE MODIFICATIONS" to a new one named "CODE RED DESIGNS"
 which I will be selecting a few people that would like to be a part of the designing group!
 To go along with this new Group I will have a texturing class to help out beginners that are just learning to texture, or designers that would like to advance their skill within the subject!

LSPD texture based off of Willoughby Police Department in Ohio. My first texture I have ever released so it is not perfect.
 
I plan to release a texture pack that includes several vehicles with this texture, a texture featuring the Lake County Sheriff's Officer(Ohio) and Ohio State Patrol.
 
This texture should work with most '16 Explorers, the template I used is from the pack below.

- Open OpenIV and click on "Edit mode"
- Download the vehicles needed for the templates
- Navigate to file you want to replace
- Double-click on .ytd file of vehicle you want to replace (for example "police.ytd")
- Drag & Drop the template into the list of the template (ensure the names of the template and the template you want to replace are the same)
- Click on "Save" on the right side on the bottom
- Finish

Fresh from the shop, LSPD invested in some shiny new 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utilities. Equipped with all of the newest tech, these vehicles will assist the LSPD in all aspects of patrol from Traffic Stops to responding to Code 3 callouts safely and efficiently.
With that, I present to you my children. (No K-9 Variant yet)
 
This modification features three different light color variants.
NYSP Style (Front is White/Red - Back is Red/Blue)
Red/Blue (Lights are Red/Blue)
All Blue (All lights are blue)
These vehicles are not final, however I felt the need to release these seeing as I've been working on them for way too long... Probably damn near 3-4 weeks.
