Hey there, i am trying to get GTA IV running for multiplayer again and i have noticed in my launcher it is stating that " Social Club Unavailible " and the the " Play " button is grayed out. I only have the offline play option. I did not use xliveless and in my modding i do not recall any additions that would have jumbled up my Social Club Launcher or disabled me from playing online. Anyone else bump into this issue that can shed some light?. Thank you in advance.

Whoa, i have been looking for a group to play online with. However for some reason my play button is grayed out. Once i sort that out i intend to apply. Used to RP as a LEO on multiple San Andreas Multi Player (SAMP) servers in depth, would love to even have a partner more a less an actual 4-5 man squad to play with.

That makes sense, however speaking personally with 32bit Windows 7 and only 3.75GB of my 8GB of ram usable i am still able to run IV and LCPDFR with 6 scripts and some basic mods smoothly without crashes for hours at a solid 37-50 FPS. My rig is literally 6 or more years old and should be long dead/upgraded. But somehow as i save for my new rig this keeps running what i play currently. I would not buy/install windows 10 for stability purposes for LCPDFR until you gave it an honest shot with 7. See if you encounter any issues, and if you cannot solve them then resort to the 10 upgrade. Lol i had a feeling it was something like that, no worries friend!.

Forgive me for asking, but is Windows 6 XP?. I am not familiar with that version number. Also my best advice is to do a clean install, make sure it's not 1.0.8 and if it is downgrade it. Add LCPDFR and then test your game. If all is well, backup and continue. Add your weapon mods, test, backup. Vehicle mods, test then backup. Repeat and repeat until you have all the mods and scripts you want. If you do not install multiple things at once without testing i find things usually go according to plan.

I got windows 7 and literally Windows 32bit and not even 4GB of usable ram and i still manage to run with 6 scripts and a lot of mods. What sort of stability issues are you having?. FPS?, constant crashes?. random CTD's in general?.

As an armed US Citizen i feel all Police Forces should have access too, and carry at least one firearm. I mean you essentially have a ideological terrorist war going on in some of the EU and to expect your law enforcement to keep you safe with a baton is laughable. I have seen countless videos of French or Other Police officers being beaten and running off from violent confrontations. When your Law Enforcement cannot physically stand up to a simple threat, you have a problem. All of them should have FN 57's and some sort of taser and or mace. The examples go on and on.
