I could be wrong but the lights can be model edited. It is in the realm of what I can do (I do the liveries and agencies) [I just havent ever bothered to mess with lights]

If youre asking for that car to have that agency on the car (the agency in the video) I can do that for you. You just need to send me a model you want to use and give me time and i can have that model with that agency on it.

Just do some model editing. I 'may' know how to change the light color via els or via the actual model editing but if you want to give it a shot then do it. Im pretty sure this video would help. (If you dont want to tamper with files then just send me a model and tell me what you want and I will see if I can do it)

Just find a model and someone to skin the agency onto the model. [I legit do "quality" skins for free so just hmu]
