So here's a fair unusual one for you, and something that is jolly difficult to find!

Essentially I want it to serve as a doctor's car, so the idea would be to have a nice luxury type car (BMW, Jaguar, etc.) but with covert red leds and siren. There are a lots of British unmarked cars out there that have excellent blues on, and would otherwise serve the purpose beautifully, but I need reds ... and a US licence plate! 😛

 

If anyone could help me out, that would be much appreciated! I'd even take the default Felon model with red flashing lights on at this point!

Just do some model editing. I 'may' know how to change the light color via els or via the actual model editing but if you want to give it a shot then do it. Im pretty sure this video would help.
