yes it is I have no idea what I am doing I have watched several youtube videos on how to do it but I never works and I am not sure if I have a anti virus I never installed one

when I go to open RPH it lets me click on it then a little while after it gives me the blue screen of death and every time it does it, it freaks me out. I am really new to the modding scene
