when I go to open RPH it lets me click on it then a little while after it gives me the blue screen of death and every time it does it, it freaks me out. I am really new to the modding scene

This is only the second time I've heard of Rage causing blue screens. The first time we never figured out what exactly the cause was.

 

Are you able to run GTA V normally? (just launching via GTA 5.exe)?

Make sure that GTA V is set as an exception in your anti virus and firewall.

yes it is I have no idea what I am doing I have watched several youtube videos on how to do it but I never works

and I am not sure if I have a anti virus I never installed one

Right click on RagePluginHook.exe and run as admin. What happens?

Since you can run GTA V normally, I'm curious as to if Rage is somehow causing this, but I highly doubt it.

 

Go through administrator tools in windows, check the error logs.  Something is failing you on your machine. Once you fixed all failures there run the microsoft memory diagnostic tool and either reboot directly or let it run after next crash.

I also uninstalled LSPDFR and reinstalled it and I also downloaded RPH and it still not working
