Hello everyone! I'm here with my pride to present one of the hardest cars to make, knowing that its supposed to replicate its real life counterpart. The car I'm going to present you is a Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 from Los Angeles Sheriff's Department. This car is a reknown piece of history for the department and also cars in general. It wasn't easy to make, or better say know to make this car. There were so few pics of it (most of them are shitty replicas spawning randomly on Google) that I had to dig in things like LASD classic recruiting videos and even the episodes from the COPS TV Series (Season 2, 1989-1990) to find actual references of this car, and make it like how it's supposed to be.
And now, I finally succeded!
 
F.A.Q.
Q: Why do the lights steady burn randomly?
A: It's probably an ELS thing, use a trainer to disable the extras which turn on the lights.
Q: Why are LSTG-1 and LSTG-2 the same?
A: As you know, this car is from the 80s, so don't expect to have so many patterns and be a fancy Christmas tree.
Q: Why doesn’t the car work?
A: I put a Readme in the archive. Check it out.

Information:
Been playing and watching a lot of New York Sheriff videos recently, along with having friends from the state. The concept of the law which states that Police Vehicles should have red and white light's facing forward intrigued me (don't quote me on that, just going on what I've heard). This has changeable light bar textures, so if you don't like coloured glass you can change it. This is a FICTIONAL pack. It is not based of any department in particular.

A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 😞
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

Siren Mastery is a script modification that allows you to master your siren tones. Toggle to your secondary siren at the press of a key/button, silence your siren using any key/button you like and even control exactly which 'secondary' siren plays! You can be up and running with Siren Mastery within 5 minutes (installation tutorial click HERE).
Requirements - some of these are included (credits go to their appropriate authors):
Albo1125.Common 6.6.4.0 or higher (included) RAGEPluginHook 0.51 or higher (not included) NAudio 1.8.0.0 (included) A legal copy of GTA V (version 1.0.1011.1 or above). There is also a download to free up unneeded controller bindings so they can be used for Siren Mastery. Get it here.

Summary of current features (please check documentation carefully too):
Change the Siren Toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. Change the 'lights only' toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. This works even if your siren is off so you can control whether your siren should play before turning your lights on. New 'Toggle Secondary Siren' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to switch to secondary sirens without having to hold down a key/button. New 'Toggle Bullhorn' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to keep sounding your bullhorn without having to hold down a key/button. Works simultaneously with sirens. New 'Next Siren' key/button that cycles to the next siren. Can optionally include the Off state as a cycle stage. Your siren now stays on when you leave your vehicle and you don't mute it. This can be disabled from the GeneralConfig file. Determine the siren tone that should be playing. You are able to select which siren tone to play, including the ability to differentiate between secondary sirens. Additional Siren Modes Dual Siren Mode. Manual Siren Mode. Additional customisable sirens per vehicle model. Allows you to have up to TEN total sirens per vehicle model. Fully Functional and Customisable UI. Feel free to create and release your own custom UI files. The size and position of the UI can be customised via the UIConfig file. Customisable Siren Switching Tones (like Siren Switch Honker). Sirens are fully customisable per vehicle model via an XML file. All keybindings are customisable and fully customisable controller support is included. The vehicles.awc size and length limits are effectively removed while using Siren Mastery, allowing for greater siren variety. Hello! This is my first LSPDFR modification.
 
This vehicle was created by Lundy and I was given permission to release it. I only worked on the ELS file.
 
This vehicle is a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria equipped with a Whelen Edge lightbar. The lightbar is red and blue lighted.
Everything works like it's supposed to: headlights, indicators, reverse lights, you name it.

Another of my own ideas for a skin, rather than based off anything in real life. I wanted to do something different from the traditional black and white or the all white style something a bit more modern feeling. This all grey with a blue swoosh and some white accents personally fit the bill. I hope some of you will enjoy and have fun with it. There are two CVPI's one for thehurks forza version and the other is for underwoods new version that I believe is an update of his old version so I expect that to be coming to more modders in the future. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues, missed credits or suggestions please share in the comments section.

Los Santos County Sheriff's Pack

Details
 This is a pack for the (lore friendly) Los Santos County Sheriff's (Office/Department). This pack was not based off of any real life department or agency. The original creation of the pack was intended for private FiveM usage, but has now been fully released publicly. The following pack includes 193 vehicle textures, all of which are in 4K quality. There is a total of 14 vehicles included in this current version of the pack. There are two versions of liveries. The first option 1, contains the text "County Sheriff" on the back of the cars. The second option 2, contains the text "Caution Sheriff" on the back of the cars.  Future vehicles may be possibly added to the pack for further usage.

Q: Can you help me with...

Q: Can my game still run these textures if my PC can't handle 4K?
A: Yes! Simply change the mipmap levels for the texture to a lower level. The lower the level the lower the quality, but you will be able to use the skins.
 
Q: Can you add this vehicle...?
A: Maybe... Please leave any suggested vehicles in the comments, please keep in mind its not guaranteed I will add it.
 
Q: What is the  "Caution Sheriff" text?
A: IDK... Lets just say I liked it at first, now I don't. 
 
Known Bugs/Issues
Game issues - If the vehicle will not spawn in, game crashes or will not start after putting in skins please do the following.
Simply reopen the .ytd file -> Find skins that were replaced/imported -> Click on skin and change Mipmap levels -> Depending on installation it should be high or low, try 
changing based on your system. If low, such as 1, increase. If high, such as 12, decrease. Also be sure the skins are in the DXT5 formatting.
Dark Windows - The 2014 Charger does currently have an issue in which the right, passenger window, is almost completely black. This is due to the window tint modification
texture included in the pack. I am currently working a fix for the issue. Though to not have the dark window simply don't install the window texture for the Charger.

Dynamic Patrols allows various law enforcement, military, and DLC vehicles to spawn naturally and dynamically in their respective areas while playing GTAV SP

 
Law enforcement/military vehicles that spawn:
The sheriff stanier (sheriff1) spawns as an off-highway vehicle in Blaine County The unmarked stanier (police4) on the side of highways and in the airport The mounted insurgent (insurgent), unarmed insurgent (insurgent2), nightshark (nightshark), and the halftrack (halftrack) drives around the military base and spawns parked The valkyrie (valkyrie), avenger (avenger), hunter (hunter), unarmed buzzard (buzzard), and savage (savage) now fly around the military base alongside the vanilla cargobob (cargobob4) I changed it to cargobob4 to allow independent editing to the vehicle without interfering with mods that use the vanilla cargobob The Jetsam cargobob (cargobob2) now flies along the Del Perro beach coastline along with the vanilla yellow frogger (frogger) Removed the buzzard (buzzard) from spawning in the city as a police helicopter (this seemed unrealistic to me) The hydra (hydra) now spawns in the military base along with the lazer (lazer) The bombushka bomber plane (bombushka) and the private military jet (miljet) now spawn alongside the titan (titan) in the military base. The lifeguard granger (lguard) now drives on the beach along side the vanilla lifeguard atv (blazer2)  
In addition to spawning police vehicles, this mod allows various DLC vehicles to spawn in their respective areas on the road and in the sky.

This is a concept pack I build to showcase a few sirensettings I made within the carcols. Enough people enjoyed them when showcasing them in my discord that I polished them up and made them available for release. It's also a revamp from my first ever modding project back when I first gave GTAV modding a go. Available with a variety of light bars and in two colour tones for different departments. 
I made these with what I had, they are NOT accurate!

A simple edit of Rockstar's Vapid Dominator. For quite some time I wanted an unmarked Vapid Dominator ((honestly? I'm not sure why, I just wanted one), so now I'm on PC I just decided to go ahead and make one). Nothing too special, but hopefully something you can enjoy. I have also supplied pre-written vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta files within this mod. IMPORTANT: Before installing this mod, please ensure you have downloaded and installed OpenIV, if you haven't got it already, you can find the link here: OPENIV

GTA5-MODS.COM VERSION

HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. Enjoy and have fun.

A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 😞
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made this skin just for a video, and decided to share. It is an Escambia County, FL (lore friendly Los Santos) EMS skin. This is based off of one of our newest rigs ran here in the county. Of course some differences are obvious from the mock version and the real life one. Do note that I mod for myself, meaning, I do stuff the way I think looks good. If it's sized wrong/weird, you don't like it, it is simple, Don't download it. Again, I mod for myself and do what I like. I do work and have a life outside of GTA so making and releasing packs are not a priority for me but I will release stuff when I feel it should be released. 8/6/18 New update, yay, Now move along, Nothing to see here except my wife left me & took the kids.
 
So...After about 11 months of working on this pack(and being lazy), I present to you the Philadelphia Police Pack for GTA V. The pack has a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, 2012 Chevrolet Impala, 2011 - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe & a 2013+ Ford Interceptor Sedan. I tried to make it as accurate as I can. Some vehicles don't have Police radios in them since PPD is removing the Police radios in them, but there is a mic on the console for the PA. The Ford Utility may come later. If you enjoy my Philadelphia Police Pack for IV, Then you may enjoy this one. BTW all skins are 2K to spare texture loss . This Pack is a work in progress So this is not a finish pack & may never will be.
 
If you want Lore friendly, I suggest to use @t0y Philadelphia Police based LSPD skins here 
 
I didn't know when he would put the skins back up, so that's why I waited.

- Lightbar Glass don't break
